Well that game wasn't as competitive as expected. The Eagles were once the deepest team in the league and now can barely field a comptent roster - especially on defense. The Cowboys will get all everyone all over their nuts again for a few weeks because ultimately sucking against against a good team. I expected last nights game to show me something but I come away not really thinking anything different about either team.

I’m pumped for tonight’s game. I really believe the Jets are going to win this game by 10 as 10 point underdogs. The injuries to NE for this game are a recipe for a loss for them and the Jets are going to come out feeling really good.

The Jet's are going to score 27 on New England? I think for the Jets to win this game it's going to HAVE to be like a 16-10 type game. I don't foresee the Jet's just lighting up the Patriots because Darnold is back.

I have Dorsett in my DK Captains Lineup tonight but I also put Bell and Crowder because I think that the Jets will be able to have some success underneath. Also have Tom and White so me and Kid are kind of on the same page in that aspect. 

Still though in a realistic world I think the Patriots win 20-13 and don't cover.

Also Aaron Rodgers became the fastest quarterback ever , by a considerable margin to reach 350 touchdowns. Sucks that he's essentially missed like 4 seasons because of Favre/Injuries or he'd probably break the record quite easily.

Packers yesterday put on an offensive performance for the ages , scoring touchdowns on 6 of 8 drives and really making it look almost easy. LeFleur had a magical game plan , receivers that no one has heard of were making plays , Jimmy Graham didn't suck , both running backs balled out in the passing game and the Packers are finally putting on paper what this offensive is capable of once everyone gets on the same page. Rodgers has NEVER had an offensive mind that schemed players open for him and was always relied on to make perfect throws against guys who had to beat coverage on simple routes to get open. There is still elements of that and back shoulder throws but there is also LaFlear and Hackett dialing up some great designs and apparently getting through to Rodgers that checkdowns are okay sometimes.

The defense was bad , like really bad. The Raiders offensive line played great for the last three quarters but they were letting people (mainly Waller) just right wide open in the secondary. Now there were some miscommunications , mainly Redmond who generally sucks in coverage but it was really unacceptable to play like that. Jacobs for Oakland is a star in the making , I was so fucking impressed by him and his ability to evade defenders in the second level. Don't think he's too many seasons away from being a Top 3-5 back in the league. Carr is boring but he played well.

UT- I agree about Jacobs. There was a lot of talk about Montgomery being better and even Miles Sanders before the season started. Yet neither have come close to being as impressive as Jacobs. As a matter of fact, Montgomery is looking like a bust. Sanders ain’t too bad though.

Too be fair with Montgomery his offensive line is brutal and the play calling in Chicago is amongst the worst in the league. Andy Reid should cut all ties with Nagy ever being a part of his coaching tree bad. Fucking wishing for Marc Trestman bad.

Sanders just doesn’t have vision or patience. He was losing yards or gaining next to nothing with the same holes Howard was running well behind.

Jacobs is like Leveon Bell and Mark Ingram had a love child. So smooth , quick feet and impeccable vision. I wish they’d even go further and get him more involved in the passing game.

They’ve steadily started to increase his load in passing games. It went from non-existent in the beginning to about 3 targets a game. I would love more as well as a fantasy owner. I’ll tell you what though. Owning Jacobs AND Waller has been loads of fun in fantasy.
