I think you have to consider that the other option for KC is putting the leagues worst run defense, gassed already, in a position where they have to get a stop, which they predictably did not do.

It wasn't what Kid was talking about, but this thread title really applies to the Chiefs. They're now 0-5 on Sunday and Monday night since last season which is pretty wild considering how successful they've been.
