Finally watched the first two episodes of the new season.

The John Tenta episode is weird, in that there really isn't a dark side of his story. Like, is him getting into a shoot with Koji Kitao supposed to be the dark side, or his WCW career not being a main event thing, or being Golga in the Oddities (which for as dumb as the gimmick might have been, was over with fans). The bladder cancer was a sad way for Tenta to pass on, but it really doesn't feel like a dark side brought on by Tenta himself, but just an unfortunate disease to catch (maybe just catching it too late was the dark side aspect). Still, an interesting episode.

The Bagwell episode was pretty good as well. I wasn't aware of Buff's early life, but it was interesting to hear about. While Buff fell off the rails a bit, it l does end on the positive note.

At first, when seeing him in the intro, I thought Scotty Riggs was Vince Russo. At least age is treating Riggs better than Missy Hyatt, since she looked liked Iggy Pop.😐

I'm about 7 ep's in. People have been shitting on the Quake episode but I thought it was a (mostly) wholesome respite.

Weakest episode so far has been Brutus. I really didn't need 5 minutes of him and his old lady's thirst commentary, and they were very vague about the falling out with Huckdog. Allegedly he was selling fake Hogan autographs but Hulk has said its to do with his wife? Dunno, just a weird puff piece altogether.

Chris Colt ep was an absolute trip, no pun intended. I've seldom watched any Portland Wrestling and had actually never even heard of the guy.

Also I did know that he was Buff, and I knew he was the stuff... Did not know Judy had shaved his scruff and now I'm jealous of the Rad who did not know.
