So just remember how much you love me KING KID . I have never seen The Departed. I am sure I will at some point but I loathe Leo (like irrationally so), so whenever I actually get down to watching one of his films I really have to make sure I am in a good mind set so I can put aside my feelings for him and give the movie a fighting chance. Usually movies of his I enjoy are ones where there is a great cast so maybe this would do well for me. My #1 was Love Actually and you can all suck it because a) I'm a chick b) that movie was awesome c) LOVE That’s unfortunate. You’re missing out.

You guys are posting Scorsese lists like Trump tweets. 1. NO COLLUSION 2. LAW & ORDER 3. COVFEFE Anyway, just to make KING KID even more upset, I didn't vote for Departed. It was cut very late, and would have been in my top 20, but I had to include some comedies that I've watched like 100 times. I've only seen The Departed twice. And I'll probably never watch it again. I love it though. Top 3 Scorses for me with Goodfellas and WOWS

To put this in perspective though, I cut Superbad from my list too. It's one of my all-time favourite comedies but I cut it. That's how good this decade was for movies.
I also didn't vote for Two Towers. I liked the other movies more. Two Towers had the best battle, but was the weakest of the 3 imo. Come at me.

Agree with 🤯. Raging Bull is also overrated. Aviator is way better. Agreed. But also! Don't forget Shutter Island! His MOST overlooked/underrated movie IMO.

Not sure how to handle this considering: A- You're a chick. B- You're the chick of System. C- You were probably too busy making out with System during the movie to pay enough attention to understand the awesomeness that was happening on the screen. D- If not choice C, then you were probably too mesmerized by System to take your eyes off of him to watch the actual awesomeness that was happening on the screen. NEXT. Sandra and I weren’t together in 06, but I agree she needs to rewatch it :lol: I started dating my wife back in 2006 which is funny. But man, she missed out on 2006 System.

I don't think I would have chosen any of those movies, though I would struggle to find 10 amazing films of the 00s, but none of the ones I would name have made the list so far: Kill Bill Vol 1 Almost Famous Casino Royale Ironman

I really like Iron Man , it made it in the bottom five of my list and deserves all the credit in the world for not only what it meant to the entire MCU kicking off but how it then changed cinema in general with it's massive success and the boom in super hero culture and box office appeal.
RDJ is the perfect Iron Man , Stane is one of the best and sadly more overlooked villains in MCU history and Bridges is incredible like he is in everything. I hate going back and seeing Howard as Rhodey and that's a huge knock on the movie for me but overall it deserves its praise and recognition.
I don't go back to it nearly as much as others in the MCU , or in my list which is why I knocked it a bit but I can't argue with it's placing here.

Great movie. I remember seeing it not really knowing who Iron Man was at the time and neither did friends.
I was the only person to stay after the credits as I was let in on this huge secret that there was an after-credits scene! Imagine that.
