Hopefully it's nothing sinister. Might just be a bladder infection, but left untreated those can lead to kidney infections which can cause lasting damage.

So last summer or maybe it was in the fall, you may remember me mentioning about the kids who rang my doorbell and ran away and I lost my shit. I admit my reaction was a bit over the top, but I had been napping and they scared the cat in my lap so he shredded my thighs which only added fuel to the fire. Then when I looked outside I saw them running down my driveway (which is on the side of my house) from my back yard which upset me even more because if they get hurt in my back yard I'm liable. Anyways I digress. Since then I've become that group of kids shitty hobby trying to get a reaction out of me again. So far I haven't, but I've been working long hours this week and my patience is razor thin. The other day/night they did it 3 times. Sometimes they'll ring the bell or sometimes just slam their hand on the glass which is pretty startling when you aren't expecting it. Last weekend mom and I were watching a movie at 10-11pm and it happened. They torment the dogs two doors down too, but if you stand up to them they just double down on their 'shenanigans'. I get 'kids will be kids' and the technically aren't hurting anybody, but it's pretty bloody annoying. I thought about getting my electrician buddy to hook up the doorbell so that it gives you a minor 'jolt' when you push it, but that won't stop them from banging on the window/door. I told them I have them on camera and they give zero fucks. I'm just not sure what to do.

Leave them candy and chocolates with a nice note a couple times. Then after you’ve led them into a false sense of security leave out a batch with laxative in it. Extra laxative.

In the winter? Have some water balloons on hand. In the summer? Fill up a super soaker with vinegar. Water and vinegar are harmless. But you don't want to be wet and cold in the winter. Or smell like vinegar in the summer. Sometimes shenanigans deserve shenanigans back.
