Kind of interesting to note that Crennel took over as HC of the Chiefs when Todd Haley was fired in 2011, and was the bridge to the Reid/Dorsey era.... Giving him the extra year after the interim tag was the bridge. Thank goodness they didn’t decide to give Pioli one more shot. This is the 18th consecutive game the Chiefs have scored 23 points or more. That’s after an NFL record run of 22 games with 23 or more beginning with his first start. So only one game in Patrick’s career has the Chiefs scored less than 23. The Chiefs haven’t lost a game by more than 7 in an NFL record 49 consecutive games. Thank God for Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes.
