So the quarter poll awards because I was bored this morning.

MVP: Russell Wilson - Aaron Rodgers is a close second , but Wilson has been on fire as well this year and I want to stick with my beginning of the year prediction.

OPOY - Dak Prescott - He's put up some gaudy numbers in Dallas and while his team isn't good enough to get him near the MVP - if he continues on this pace and breaks records I think he gets the award.

DPOY - Aaron Donald - It's technically his every year and this is no different. Shoutout to Miles Garrett in a close second.

COTY - Kevin Stefanski - He's done such a remarkable job with the Browns and brought so much stability to the sidelines. His gameplanning is great , his commitment and enhancement of the run game has made them viable and he's turned Baker into the best version of Kirk Cousins.

The Flower is also in consideration , but I'd get called a homer. I've never seen a Packers offense run this smoothly. Even when we were putting up massive points after the Super Bowl - it was always dependant on Rogers superhero efforts and a great trio of receivers. The Flower has this offense humming with a ton of different moving parts and practice squad guys and doesn't miss a beat.

CBPOTY - Ben Roethlisberger - This was Cam Newtons award , locked up and guaranteed to win until get got the Rona , now Ben is going to end up making a case for it depending on how long Cam is out and especially if the Steelers take the AFC North over the (OVERRATED) Ravens.

OROY - Joe Burrows - It's boring to give it to Burrows but Burrows himself is anything but boring. First QB ever I believe to throw for 300 yards in his first three games and he's made the Bengals watchable and is doing it behind one of the worst offensive lines I've ever seen. If he stays healthy he can't lose this award.

DROY - Antoine Winfield Jr. - If Chase Young gets back on the field and dominates like he did the first two games this is a fun race. Antoine Winfield Jr though has already been one of the better safeties in the league , one of the best players on the Bucs defense and a difference maker. This is really only a two person race at this point.

Belichick deserves COTY for the pandemic he is handling it with and the loss of tons of guys in the offseason honestly.

He’s 2-2 and the Patriots are in weird place. If he goes 12-4 and the Patriots look legit then he can be considered.

I think what Bill has done through 4 games is awesome but hard not to give it to Cleveland’s HC.

Yet they were games the Browns always lost in the past. He coached a beautiful game offensively against the Cowboys and they don’t win had their offense not been so dominant.

Bellicheck going 2-2 and using Covid as an excuse is ridiculous. Give any .500 coach who loses half his squad to injuries the award. Bill is a great coach but continuing a winning culture you’ve been the architect of is different they turning around a culture of losing and embarrassment.

Alexander is a DPoY candidate. Another insane performance from him last night, shutting down Ridley who has been elite so far this season.

Packers are easily the best team to watch in the NFC. Quarterback, coaching, offensive balance, aggressive defense. Very few holes on this team. I actually think you can make an argument that Rodgers has been better than Wilson in terms of throws into tighter windows and looking after the ball. They've both been great though. I'm all in on the Packers in the NFC.

The Patriots were not only one yard away from 3-1, but Hoyer cost them 6 points, Stidham threw a pick 6 and another interception in Chiefs territory. Bill literally put together a perfect game plan to beat the Chiefs and needed Tom Brady out there to do it.

They could be 4-0 and would probably be 4-0 with TB there. Poetic justice. Bite the nose to spite the face.

I don't think a Brady led Pats team would have been close to Seattle based on what they were like offensively in the back half of 2019. Cam was fantastic in that game.
