IDK.. I felt like I took a shellacking in the Mod Room. Barely anyone said anything about it in the forum when I posted it, but the Mod Room went a bit wild about it. Maybe it was the fact that I was a Mod, IDK. I made no secret of not being a BM fan. Of course, I was never known for my restraint.

Lazer . Nice find! Larry ftw! Glad to see you back! Jeff, you absolutely weren't wrong with what you said to Bryan Miller. From everything I knew he was a selfish, despicable human being who only desired to be liked to feed his ego. Poor guy was the definition of a lost soul. I cannot echo these sentiments any stronger. BM was up there with TGO as someone who stood for nothing other than being popular. I don't mind if you are an asshole, but be one for your own reasons. You're my favourite kind of asshole - unabashed and clever. If you're not one of these kinds, then I don't have time for you.

Originally joined all the way back in 2002 searching for dirt sheets. I was 13 around the time and just got hip to wrestling and the IWC. I used to read the articles on the main site and then one day realized there was a forums portal to be accessed. I have no idea why or how I came up with the name: - Radikal Kid - Radikal - and then just "Rad" because that's what everyone started calling me anyways My first av was Jeff Hardy and then Billy Kidman shortly after. Old school PW was fucking wild. I remember the traffic being unreal and everyone having their own little cliques. There was some guy named "Eliminator" or "The Enforcer" or some shit who claimed to have the inside scoop working for WWE in a backstage capacity and then everyone would drag the fucker in the comments once these predictions veiled as guarantees never came to fruition. He had a Rhyno avatar but for some reason it's one of the memories that just really stands out in my mind. WWE sub was where you went to have your brain rot and incessantly argue with trolls. I didn't frequent OT at all because it looked like a place where I'd get in trouble with my folks if they happened to be looking over my shoulder. I've gone in length about it before but the e-fed was super snarky and unwelcoming. Honestly, there were wayyyy more assholes on PW then than there is now. I at least like and respect the assholes we have now ( iNCY , KING KID , etc. etc.) Then Fan Fic was created and I felt more at home. I wrote "Radikal's WCW" which was way more popular than I ever thought it would be. On the second forums I wrote "ECW: The Cuban Wrestling Crisis" which was probably my next best known project. Both of them are lost to time and with their respective boards and I wish I had saved them on a flash drive instead of leaving them both to vanish into the ether. I really hated PW Mania when it first came out - felt like one big popularity contest that I was never going to be a part of. But when I started actually communicating with people and participating in threads instead of just reading them, that changed. Cutting promos for that was fun and I kind of miss it now. Also remember being very much in awe of A&G. I had (and still don't) much of any idea on how to use Photoshop and I loved seeing the challenges and everyone's art. It was super inspiring and I'd say that's probably the sub that I miss the most out of all, even if I hardly ever participated in it. Also also remember PW having factions. Definitely miss that. I remember being in a PW Power Rangers one for some reason. Can't remember which color I was but if it wasn't either iteration of Tommy then it wasn't worth remembering anyways Honestly felt like I missed the boat at times by not engaging more with people on here in the early days but in the past 5 years I don't feel that at all anymore. I tried other forums like WrestlingClique back in the past but it just wasn't the same. PW is definitely home and always has been. EDIT: Oh yeah, and PW Currency - that was a fucking thing. The arcade, too? Holy shit. It's all coming back to me now. I fucking miss the 2000's. Adulthood in this shitstain year of 2021 sucks balls.

Was BM the guy that was a wrestler? Or was that BlueMark or something? IDK whatever his username was..I messaged him about getting into wrestling and he told me not to bother because I was too emotional for it (I was at the time) but funny in retrospect  As I’ve said before, I’m so jealous of the PW’ers that have met up before, though understand the people that have their concerns, especially considering past events. I’m pretty public on here with my real life in general anyway, especially when my real name sounds fake (esp when it’s also my stage name) so I don’t have privacy concerns over that. I like NATH45 ‘s idea of the Aussies coming to a show to watch me do the j-o-b 🥳

BM made me think of Benoitmark and how he did a weird eulogy to his username after the Benoit stuff. Came back under a name like "brokenman". Dude lived that gimmick...

But then maybe I knew a different side of BlueMark as BlueMark, Benny, Threedy and I had a group MSN chat for years that as I've mentioned a thousand times pretty much saved my life when I was at my lowest point. I still have Threedy and Benny on my FB but I miss ol' Bluey.

Am I the only one who genuinely enjoyed BenoitMark then?
Also, was it ever confirmed that BenoitMark ≠ The Industry?

So strange He wasn’t particularly harsh in the message just basically said Wrestling is full of dramas so it wouldn’t be for me at the time.

I’m giving this to you short and sweet like the wife likes it. I used to read the editorials and news on Prowrestling.com, clicked the forum link randomly and there it all was. I don’t have a laptop or computer anymore so it’s hard to navigate this place on an iPhone but I do check in time to time to see the old names are still here. 💙

He seemed enthusiastic and positive about wrestling and I enjoyed reading his posts. Maybe I'm entirely misremembering events, but I feel like it was BenoitMark's enthusiasm and championing of Chris Benoit that helped really get me on board with his push from late 2002 to early 2003. Meanwhile, my favorite or at least most remembered The Industry talking point was how secretly amazingly great Jeff Hardy is/was; how he is/was essentially the prefect hybrid of Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Michaels, and John Cena in certain respects; and how WWE is/was foolish for not pushing him as their mega cash cow that he clearly could be.

Benoitmark was the smark I looked up to. I like AmDrag just because he seemed like bm only with british cred to use the c-word. Like it's not even a bad word to foreigners.

Yo imagine Shark Boy was REALLY Shark Boy and he wanted to pretend he killed himself because he was scared the wrestling world was going to know that he was on a pro wrestling message board?!
Because the only way a man in disguise could save himself was to....
.... die.

Wow, I was reminiscing about my days on PW.com and decided to search the internets to see if there were some familiar names. I stumbled on this thread and it is wonderful to see so many names from the past still around! Hope everyone is doing well. Absolutely some of my favorite times online were spent being silly on those forums.
Just some specific ones that popped into my mind: The Matrix forums invasion The Tournament of Randomness with Stanley the Ferret and the unbeatable Slice of Pizza Adding goatees onto people to make them evil Any of the PW PPVs and of course...
THE PIT!
So many others that I'm sure will pop into my mind. Such great times. Thanks for the memories!
