In a weird way I found Rampage the best show of the week.

I neither found Daniel v Mox good nor bad, but it furthers the broader angle with The Elite - Moxley beat up a pensioner!

The ladies match was ok. But, Julia Hart is a heel.. Anna Jay is a heel. We're all heels.

Jarrett, Lethal and FTR v Varsity Trustbusters was fun. I bet at this stage FTR could wrestle a broom and a mop and they could have a damn good tag match. Solid stuff, especially when you consider JJ and Jay are in their too.

The lucha main event. Look, it probably lacked the pace of previous Vikingo matches in AEW.. but overall a good match. These types of matches don't usually do it for me in 2023... 2003, sure, but I still believe they should strap a rocket to Vikingo and ensure he's the (forever sort after) 'next big latino star' in the states before Dominik becomes the image of Mexican wrestling in the USA. Vikingo needs to work with some well established, good talent in AEW. Maybe a vet like Danielson " taking him for a walk " one night on Dynamite.

I really thought, and I'd bet Keith Lee really thought he'd be doing a lot more in AEW than squashing jobbers with Goldust. But here we are...

Good main event, as expected. But not an episode you can defend passionately.

You literally may be the only person watching Rampage now... Even the AEW reddit does not watch Rampage.

I suspect that Sat show will not be watched either after a few shows either.  Both shows are in bounce spots for other things.  One reason Warner loves AEW, they get deals to move the shows around as they see fit.

The previous week was quite a good show, so I thought I was make sure I saw it this week - highly disappointed.

Apparently there was a Bullet Club Gold match?? In Australia, the show opened cold with Big Bill doing something heel-like. Which I thought was odd, and I guess The BCG match opened and was cut here.

It opened with Starks and Spears vs Jay and Juice. I was going to comment about why you omitted that from your commentay, but now I know why. The match was fine, tag team by the numbers but advanced the White/Starks rivalry.

I didn't realise Anna Jay and Julia Hart were feuding. That interests me. I'll have to go back and find where this all started.

They have usually one good match on Rampage then padding. Then like once a quarter they let the girls absolutely murder each other in bloodbaths.

Not sure if Rampage follows the Dynamite rule, but like literally every other Dynamite is basically skippable. Get a show with the top stars and PPV main event storylines followed by a B show with showcase matches or midcard feuds. Tony even advertising this way with some two being booked two weeks away on shows.

Hoping the split roster ends this.

I usually wait for reviews on Rampage and check out the matches people recommend. Not really worth watching live. Same for off Dynamites at this point.

Collision likely will do the same for as I do not expect a clean split at all and see PWG and CHIKARA guys on one show, and the rest on Punk's show.

Yeah Anna Jay started to feud with Hart and it has not been bad.  Been a few weeks since they been fighting.  Want to say it comes from a JAS vs House of Black match.  Then Julia misted Jay two weeks back for a cheap win.  They been feuding since.

Emperor on second look, it looked like my stream on ESPN just messed up.

On other notes, I could watch Anna Jay do almost anything, if they gave her Jericho's 1,000 holds gimmick and she read out her moveset each week, it would be the best thing on Rampage.

Is Spears the Marina Shafir of the men's division, meaning he's kept around to convince Cassie Lee to sign. 

I think Anna Jay and Julia are going to be the next female bloodbath on Rampage. Feud is getting hot and Anna was tagged it seems to shine up Julia on Rampage.

Julia came a long way in a few years too. Also she is still only 21 having debuted at 18. Curious if she chills at the House of Black school when it opens later this year.

I'm watching BCG v Spears/Starks now. Why wouldn't this main event? Pop everyone's interest across the broadcast with a promo from both teams that actually ensures people keep watching - it's not rocket science.

Overall a good match from these guys, as expected. I think Juice has a massive amount of upside, if he irons out the stupid. If you don't get what I mean by that, he's a goofball. 

Having to endure that segment with The Hardys. My favourite part is Matt's '03 shorts and his terrible " you'rrraaa deadmen " and Jeff's complete no-sell of the entire segment.

I liked this match. The promo package for it was freaking funny but it also shed light on Anna & Julia's beef. The commentators did a great job talking about both women's experience levels & where they hope to be in the future. I enjoyed everything about the presentation of this match.

This B or C-level match is way more fun than anything Jade has ever done.

Wish it was on the PPV so they could bleed and give it the match it deserves.
