The Dark Order finally gets another big win. It's been a while.

Really did not see Willow advancing. Wonder if Tony does put her over.

It was cool seeing Mentallo (a Winnipeg wrestler) on Rampage.

I'm so disappointed with Athena losing though, hell same with Skye Blue for that matter. Both of those women should have been in the finals as far as I'm concerned. I have zero interest in Ruby Soho and Willow Nightingale being the finals, just an overall disappointment in my opinion. They should be trying to make the Owen Hart tournament as prestigious as possible, neither Soho nor Nightingale are going to do that. Athena has name recognition and accomplishments that matter (unlike Ruby who has never achieved anything of importance), and Skye has far more upside than Willow.

You thought Athena had a chance?

That would have meant two heels in the finals. (I assume Athena is still a heel once you go mainly to ROH you kind of get off the radar.)

Willow and Ruby have history since that who she betrayed around when she joined the Outcast.

As the third-best act in the group, both Toni Storm and Saraya are above her, as far as I'm concerned, even when Saraya wasn't around, she still ranked higher than Ruby. All I know is, I have zero interest in the finals, I don't care who wins cause I'll be disappointed either way.

I was waiting for Rampage to air before I talked about the ROH Tag Team title match.

The best theory I heard was that MJF came out of the same scene as Silver & Reynolds so this is just MJF vouching for them to have a match.

Because based on what we've seen on the show, I can't see how anyone could be interested in the match.

Mistico will be debuting against Rocky Romero.

As someone who prefers CMLL over AAA, I definitely think this is great. No idea, if this is just a once-off, or if we'll get more crossovers between AEW and CMLL, but like I said, I'm excited about this.

Finally LFI coming in!!!

I dug Mistico/Rocky Romero, it was pretty much what I expected. I'll be honest, a luchador coming in, Rampage on TNT, Tony Schiavone at the announce booth, as much as I like Excalibur, I couldn't help but hear Mike Tenay in my head and be taken back twenty-five years.

Also, I love what they're doing with Skye Blue, her change in demeanor just works for me.

Edit: Also, also, I need more Anna Jay on my screen.

Like Blue getting more character more sure. So curious where this goes, as still does not feel like it is moving towards House of Black.

Lucha match was a lucha match. Was not disappointed to get it on TV.

Dream match generator: Add Danielson against a midcard on up that he has never faced or someone with a similar style. Still don't see main eventer on Andrade in AEW nor WWE.

Very likely Sombra rejoins LFI in this match.  El Idolo not part of LFI right now but was a founding member.  And it is long past time LFI debuts.

I actually thought, that might have been the plan, when Collision first launched, and Andrade was feuding with the House of Black.

Rush may have had trouble with a visa. US is cracking down on immigration hard, including work visas. Like everyone is having visa troubles these days.

That makes sense, I guess.

Still, though, I'm down for some LFI/BCC matches.

With all the videos they clearly are planning something. They add back Sombra, they can do 4 on 4 stuff.

As long as Rush stay the leader.

Rush is clearly the leader. I suspect LFI is to make Rush a top tier guy in AEW finally.  Get him on TV weekly in the LFI persona and fans will demand him in no time.

Fitting that on this Halloween weekend, that Abadon gets the win, and challenges Shida tomorrow.

I remember when Abaddon first faced Shida during Shida's first reign as champion. Shida sold the gimmick so well, she was screaming in terror but still managed to swallow her fear and win the match.

What surprises me is that Abaddon is still going. Doesn't seem like a gimmick with a lot of longevity.

It does well on local shows. Not great for long term in one place, but booking all around does very well.
