CM Punk'd clinched first place in the semi finals, and has the bonus question honor in the frozen four. Deadline for the bonus is Thursday game 2 Colorado/Edmonton 8 PM EST to give everyone enough time. Would prefer to have it before games are played, but the playoffs are so condensed this year.

I kinda felt all along that whoever came out of the buzzsaw East would win, and after seeing some of that defence tonight I'm even more confident. Why didn't the Oilers make a deal for a goalie at the trade deadline? Who else was available apart from Georgiev?

Scott Wedgewood was also traded but he’s basically a bust at this point. Every other name that ended up being traded I don’t even recognize so it probably wouldn’t have mattered. The Oilers traded away Alex Stalock though. I wonder if he would have been better as a backup than Koskinen? I honestly have no idea. Koskinen’s contract is up this year too so he could walk for nothing.

More reasonable choice would be Fleury only cost the Wild a draft pick.
