Andrade is great when he is on. He is also basically the Rush we have home at though. Tony should make an example out of him though since he cannot really do it in the Punk / Elite shit. Make a bill showing about suspending him for a year or something. Sure means nothing, but the media will think it does. But now like Punk, he has to buy out his contract or risk facing a lawsuit and bad press.
Punk really is the gift that keeps on giving. Tony cannot really bench people since they know Punk if Tony tries that will sue him demanding his release and likely for damages. So why should others not try the same?

How did WWE get away with releasing guys for creative if AEW can't? Is Tony a hard-r? Or were contracts made "for friends"?

How did WWE get away with releasing guys for creative if AEW can't? Is Tony a hard-r? Or were contracts made "for friends"? AEW doesn't have an internal way to replenish its ranks, like WWE does with NXT. Releasing talent.. the good, the bad, the otherwise leaves a hole. Hence why AEW has its " we don't release talent " approach. They hoard workers as a result as a safety net in case of injury or absence.

Andrade should have keep quiet and threw his mask vs. Career match. No matter what is the true story. I never saw it in Andrade. WWE already has a superior version of him in Santos. And Sammy will continue to bring in negative press to the company.

I hope there's a bet backstage on who can hit Sammy the hardest and still keep their job.

Instead of building from within they just stick unused talent on Dark giving them squash matches until they can think of something to use them for, or enough injuries/suspensions stack up that they need people. Skye Blue isn’t the best wrestler they have but she’s been killing it on Dark for like a year now and is about a natural a babyface as you can get. Yet there’s nothing for her to do on Dynamite or Rampage? Really? Imagine they didn’t push Bayley. That’s pretty much where they’re at with her. And that’s just one example.

Yeah, I was but I got dazed for a moment and when I was back normal it was over. Well I am a man of my word guess I got to leave the company.

Imagine going to court over it too? "Your honor, what is more likely to be true, I lost a wrestling match, or this entire industry for over a 100 years has been nothing but a fraud with scripted matches?"

Reports, one party involved in the Punk/Elite situation is being uncooperative and threatening legal action.
Any one care to take a guess..
Russo, shitstain.... made a good point. If you don't release talent that doesn't want to be there, you create a toxic culture. Andrade, Black, Buddy... if all these people want to leave, let them go. What's the point of hoarding miserable worker?

Two fights this month in AEW and TK is thinking harder about tickling Dave Meltzer's balls for another 'booker of the year' award.
Khan told Busted Open Radio that winning Dave Meltzer's award means a lot to him - the All Elite boss said he has three months to prove why he deserves to be named 'Promoter Of The Year'. Tony then said anyone who criticises long-term AEW booking is "completely full of s**t" and "just not paying attention" and for any talent who doubts him, Tony continued, stating "my dad has paid alot of money for me to have friends, and he won't hesitate booking them on Dark to keep them in line "

AEW is too much for him to handle? When your experience in wrestling booking consists of playing Universe Mode in WWE 2k.. yeah, I'd say he's overwhelmed.

Also if his dad puts them on dark isn't he the actual booker?

Looks like Tony may very well need a PR guy finally. Did an interview with Ariel Helwani that Helwani said was the most frustrating interview of his career and Meltzer agreed that he had a right to be upset with it. Basically Tony did the interview plugged what he wanted then refused to answer like any other questions and just rambles about random shit instead.
Like Tony does not get if he keeps doing this sort of shit, people just will not interview him. Also people are getting sick of his shots at WWE and starting to call him on it.
Here is the interview:

Did anyone expect any different from TK?
God, I'd love a backstage segment with Triple H telling Adam Pearce he's going out there to handle business, and then throwing a note pad at Pearce " here, take some notes Tony " and then Pearce muttering, " but my names Adam.. "

Ariel obviously didn't do himself any favours coming after the AEW audience, but he was clearly frustrated with the entire experience. After years of trying to interview TK, he gets him on and TK just goes into major shill mode and spits a bunch of info about ratings and international TV partnerships that nobody could possibly care about. Anytime Ariel asks him an interesting question, TK just flat bats it and starts talking about his history as a fan on AOL getting cat-fished by "Lou Thesz". There were several times where Ariel was trying to wrap up the interview only for TK to keep going and evade any interesting question that was asked of him.
Of course it didn't stop Alvarez from weighing in. Alvarez admittedly didn't listen to the interview but decided to blame Ariel for only asking about CM Punk, even though he asked around a dozen or so burning questions and TK gave him nothing. Ariel responded, but it's just so tiring that a critic is constantly shilling for one company. Even though Dave talked himself around because Ariel said the m-word which is the most offensive term you can use to describe a wrestling fan (the audacity) even he was critical of TK. Although with Meltzer you get it's from the sense that he's loyal to the Elite.

Ariel: says the AEW stans are weirdos who can’t take any criticism about AEW
AEW stans: get mad and immediately start acting like weirdos
The freakazoids totally proved his point. They could have just laughed about it - or even better, ignore him - but of course, they had to get mad. Absolutely no self awareness!

Or am I possibly mixing him up with Brian Last? And yeah I’d say Dave’s loyalty is with the Elite. They named a special after him after all, and you could tell with the way he reported on the Punk situation.

Last tends to excuse himself from the topic if he hasn't seen it. Usually he'll say something along the lines of 'such and such had this type of gimmick and it got over from what I heard but I didn't see it'.
Alvarez tends to speak without thinking. When it comes to the modern product he's usually on the ball because he has to review them on multiple programs only hours after they've happened. However anything outside of the actual show he's kind of clueless about. It doesn't stop him from weighing in regardless, making strawman arguments and getting fired up over it.

I do not like Ariel at all but he is not wrong here. Tony went on the show then did not want to answer anything and just shill stuff. If he wanted to solely advertise, he should have bought an ad spot. The reason people are not charged for these things is because they usually answer questions and shit.
Ariel also started to shit hard on AEW a week after that interview as clearly he thought it made them look like crap. And it did. Tony has people suspended and he cannot comment on anything related to it despite being the boss. Frankly he should have asked who ran the company Punk or Khan, because right now, it seems like Punk still is making important decisions.
