I agree about wrestling style. Personally I love how WWE is moving in a strong style direction, in large part due to the work of Gunther and Sheamus.

Gunther vs Priest would have fit perfect in the G1 Climax happening right now. In fact it's even better than most G1 matches because the Japanese wrestlers tend to no sell too much.

I’ve only seen Wyatt Sicks stuff through TikTok streamers, but the match this week made me a little worried they need to start moving beyond being a Bray Wyatt tribute band or they’ll end up where he was when he left, embroiled in storylines that went on too long and didn’t really payoff.

I’ve liked some of the “VHS” videos, but they need a real storyline with motivations behind it soon or it’ll get old quick.

Damn ... Rhea really hit Dominik with the "it wasn't deep enough". 😂

Liv & Dominik are a better match for each other. Dominik is super Gen Z with his 'tendies' and 'she lets me play video games', and Liv is just an annoying sidepiece with misplaced affections.

Promo work from Rhea could have been better, but fans definitely beclowning themselves with some "what?" chants.

Carlito looks like he's moving in mud vs. Priest. Post-match was more effective, but basically a repeat of last week's show.

Like Bray Wyatt, I just don't know what the hell Bo Dallas is talking about ...

I really hope more adapt the style Sheamus and Gunther are getting for.  More Kings Road than Strong Style for me, but strong hits work so well with the slower style WWE is doing.  Got Regal in the back, this is his thing, hitting as hard as you can into safe places.

Miz might have gotten the majority of offense vs. Reed. Truth takes about seventy-two Blubber Bomb's from Monstro in Miz's place, post-match, which got over with the fans a lot more. Looks like Miz will have to attempt to avenge his fallen comrade.

Really unorthodox throw by Breakker to Sami. He caught Sami's moonsault from the barricade, then ran with him over his shoulder to the opposite barricade, throwing him over it and into the timekeeper's area, into that barricade.

Pretty good match between the two. They should have found a way to cut five minutes somewhere else in the show and add them here. The crowd definitely wanted more.

The implosion of Judgment Day is the #1 storyline rn and it's not even close. The contrast between this and something terrible but similar like Lashley/Lana/Rusev is just night and day. Dom's "tendies" line had me dying.

What an awesome crowd Austin is btw. Overall just a really fun show, Raw hardly disappoints anymore.

I guess the big difference between now and then is that Paul is in charge, and we'll see if he can "harness" the creative chaos of this group. It's fucking stupid, that's what it is. Howdy looked ridiculous - given we all know, and it's acknowledged it's Bo Dallas, why can't he work without the mask and stupid hair? Or at the least, let his own hair drip over the mask?

Jeff Hardy is weird enough to make me believe that "Willow the Wisp" really is his masked alter-ego ... Bray had an unusual physique that the mask complemented, because both were monstrous; but Bo looks like a dude who spent fifteen minutes in a Spirit Halloween.

They are going to have a difficult time threading this needle. But it seems like the impetus behind the Wyatts, regardless, is usually something like 'they do good merch'.

Man, I love being redeemed on guys like Bronson and Sheamus. Been praising Sheamus as an underappreciated hand for years, never understood the hate.

Yep, it sucks. I don't get the logic. It's a disservice to Bo too, as one of his strong suits has always been emoting. I wanted to see the crazed look in his eyes as he dissected Gable, not this emerald hobo wizard.

I do object to Uncle Howdy wrestling in a mask, Bo Dallas is an emotive fellow, they could get so much more out of the character without it.

Drew has been incredible the last few years. It's a case of the man just getting it. He understands the importance of character and psychology - the why behind the actions.

Hope Joe Tessitore does a better job at announcer than either Adnan Virk or Kevin Patrick.

Pretty well booked and well executed match between Alpha Academy and American Made. Maxine had limited minutes, but looked good in all of them. Post-match promo with Humble Howdy is the usual for this group. Whatever Bo is saying, he is as emotive as he is vague. Eight person tag next week between the Howdy Boyz and American Made.

Zelina coming out do to a fairly quick job for Shayna, presumably. Zelina got more offense than I expected here, but neither one of them came out looking strong.
