Just for the special team element alone I am happy, Jets need a veteran RB as well so makes sense. 

There can't be many examples of a guy who's been out of the league for 3 seasons making a comeback, so you'd have to doubt he makes the roster, but it's interesting to see how the kickoff rule is clearly in teams heads.

The idea that a trade was remotely on the cards was ridiculous, peak off season content. A lot has been made about how good a supporting cast Caleb Williams is going to get for a #1 pick, but JJ McCarthy is set up very nicely as well, a legit WR1&2 pairing, a top 5 tight end, a top 10 o-line. The NFC North looks incredible on paper.

I don’t think it’s that controversial of a statement. He’s not saying Eli is better than Rodgers, but that he’d take the two rings over everything else. Seems fair enough.

Disagree, it sounds like he thinks Eli had the better career over Rodgers due to the extra ring. This is further based off of somewhat saying Stafford would have accomplished more if he was in Rodgers spot in Green Bay, just sounds like he thinks Rodgers underachieved with the rings in his career.

It’s a generational thing where these stupid kids just throw out statements with nothing to back it up.

You want to say that you prefer more rings like Eli that’s fine but the idea that Stafford would have been better in Green Bay is just plain stupid , especially considering Stafford spent an entire career playing with first round picks on offense, including the line and Rodgers notably never had an iota of that capital spent on him.

I think Rodgers is crafty, he won Celebrity Jeopardy(If that even is tough to do) but he's just too far down the rabbit hole with the conspiracy nonsense to be saved. He went to Cal Berkeley if that means anything so he probably learned somethings out of that. 

Stroud I think is funny though, he didn't list Josh Allen as a top 5 QB based off 2023. I know he racked up INT's but damn man. Would rather have Dak Prescott. I think he likes to stir up the conversation, he was on Bleacher Report's draft coverage with Parsons. Get the bag by all means. 

I would have thought Stroud would shade the Manning bros for that whole pre-draft shade of him not reporting to the Manning QB camp but alas.

As for the Eli thing, 2 rings vs 1 doesn't really feel like a significant difference to me in terms of legacy and obviously doesn't come close to 4x MVP. You're taking Eli's career over guys like Rivers and Ryan who were better statistically but never won a championship, but not someone who's in the GOAT conversation. 

To be fair Eli going 2-0 over Brady in Super Bowls is legendary shit. Including ending an undefeated season.

Problem is Rodgers ain’t done yet. He can still get 2.
