He put those shares up for sale in September. Some financial adviser said something like, executives do this a lot in order to get more shares as an incentive.

Khan's deal he is the guy you bring in to sell a company. I doubt he is staying around now WWE is sold. He never showed real interest in passively managing a company after sales, and get far, far more cash for selling companies than just managing them.

I read that everywhere. But does Nick Khan even have any experience with selling companies? He was a talent agent for Tim Tebow before this. Also a lifelong WWE fan. And if the story I read a while back is true, he was an usher or something at WrestleMania IX. And this happened seven months ago and only being reported because someone scooping on McMahon found it. My understanding is that TKO can give him bonus stocks once he sold the ones he has.

He advised the sale of Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann to ICM Partners, then the ICM buyout to Creative Artists Agency before leaving for WWE. When he was hired, he was said to be one of the best at prepping companies for sales.

He may stick around, but long term just does not seem like his thing, and you do not sell off your shares if you are planning to grow the company more.

Rock announced that WWE was finally able to get Drew to sign a new contract.

Great news! He’s probably my favorite in WWE and currently on the run of his life. Hopefully this ensures he wins the title at Clash at the Castle.

Imagine the whole will he or will he not go also is allowing Drew to get a decent pay raise to match the quality of work he is doing.  Before this all everyone just took him signing a new contract for granted.  Now they had to make sure he did not actually leave.

Appears that settling is not an option for Vince either, the victim wants this all exposed.

Should Khan stay, it is believed he will walk away next year when his contract is up with an excuse that it is time to move on.

Nothing official, a lot of spec on twitter. I do not know enough about the law to know how discovery will work in regard to WWE here to even confirm if Khan has anything to worry about.

Drew on a three year deal.  No word yet if he will kept on TV while he heals or not.  Given how strong his mic work has been, be stupid to take your best talker off TV.

Weird take given the source of the rumors was TKO filings to the SEC. So either Pat misunderstands things or TKO is lying about Khan selling his shares. One is market manipulation and a very serious federal crime.

I didn’t have time to watch the video. But maybe the part he is disputing is how everyone initially reported it like it was happening right now.. like he just posted his shares for sale.. and dumped a lot of unfounded conjecture with it (well, guess he is leaving). When in reality the stocks were posted nine months ago for sale and Khan hasn’t given any hint that he is on the way out. Why would he dispute it? Maybe because that kind of talk can ruin stock. Unless the leader’s name is Vince McMahon, no one buys stock in a company when there is a leadership change due to insecurity and uncertainty in the company’s future.

They were posted on April 12th. Not sure where all the debates on this comes from as you file the form posted above to list what new stocks are going up for sale.

Whether Khan is leaving or not is up for debate, but not that the shares were first listed for sale on the 12th.  Unless of course the dirt sheets are implying that TKO is engaging in SEC fraud.

Not be entirely shocked if this all does open an SEC investigation though since there is a laser focus on Vince of late, and now have people questioning if the stocks really are for sale, or claiming they were being sold months before the SEC was informed.  Getting a lot of talk about stuff would be illegal.
