Things To Know:
-You are NOT required to submit a card for every Round Robin match. If you want to just make your best card possible and let it ride, you can. If you want to submit one for every round or only certain rounds, you can do that too. Totally dealer's choice.

-Win gets you 3 points, draw gets you 1 point, loss gets you 0 points.

-There will be no steals in the Round Robin portion.

-Because we have an odd number in each block, everyone will get a bye. Use this extra time wisely (or don't, I'm not your dad).

-The top two people from each block will face each other again in the semi-finals. Winners go to the Finals where the 2024 Champion will be crowned. It is highly encouraged that you submit a new card for these matches if you make it this far, especially because steals will return for these matches.

-The top two people will be allowed to make steals FROM THEIR OWN BLOCK before the semi-finals. You can steal up to 4 wrestlers from any of the 3 eliminated rosters in your block. The person that finishes 1st overall in the block will steal first, then the 2nd place person will make their steals.

-Semi-Finals winners will be allowed to make up to 4 steals again before the Finals. Again, you can steal from anyone in your block (including the person you defeat in the semi-finals).

I got a card in already, it's just the matches, it's not even bolded or centered. No writeups, whatever venue you want to imagine it being in, whatever versions of these wrestlers you want to imagine. Imagine your own storylines. Just know that Cody Rhodes of today is putting the WWE Championship against 1999 Jerry Lynn in the main event, Lynn gets his 1 and only main event shot straight up at the biggest prize ever, past vs present, could the motherfucker pull it off just this 1 god damn time.....

Maybe I didn’t read the rules beforehand but round robin. Sheesh. I honestly drafted with like 3-4 cards in hand tops. Well YOLO.

So I definitely got a new idea for a concept last night and stayed up until like 3 am writing a card and started my second card this morning. I’m doing unique cards for each round, and surprise, I’m writing a lot.

2 cards submitted so far. Not rushing anyone, just seeing who else is going to submit one. I don’t care if this drags out, not like we’re doing anything else. :lol:

I’m glad I got a bye in the 1st round because I am stumped with my roster. I drafted a bunch of people I like but have no idea what to do other than the women which I already planned out.

I’m making one. Just swamped with work. Need just a few days.

Had a busy weekend and haven't been in a PW mood but I'll get a card in by the weekend. Planning to submit a new card for each matchup without going overboard. We'll see if I meet any of those goals.

My entry is in. Once again, I just can't do anything normal.

Mapping out my 4(?) cards now. Once I'm happy with that I'll start writing my first show. There's a chance I've never actually seen 2 of my draftees in action. I think I've seen at least one match from Jungle Jack Perry & Mariah May but could not swear to it. 

EDIT: Looks like I have seen both in action. I'm honestly a little disappointed by this news. Jungle Boy I saw on the 6/1/22 and 11/26/19 episodes of Dynamite. Both times I put over his "frankensteiner off the apron." Mariah I saw on the 3/9/24 edition of Collision and was not impressed.

I have all my cards mapped out, I just have to finish the writeups. And dealing with all the car shit is currently taking up a lot of my mental energy bandwith, but I will try and make as much progress as I can as soon as I can.

Don't kill yourselves guys. I will never discourage from doing fan fic stuff but if it's too much I would rather you did what you can and save your energy for later rounds.

Just sent you my second card. Gonna map out my third card before I go to bed and start writing it maybe tomorrow. I just got accepted to grad school and start in about a month, so this will be my last fun wrestling writing thing for awhile. Gotta make it count.

Sent in the first two cards, hoping to finish the other two by Saturday but if nothing else we can start the ball rolling soon.

Done. Submitted one card in a mad 2-hour binge that actually felt much longer. No editing. No proofreading. Just winged it. Lots of pics and gifs to help familiarize PW with my admittedly obscure roster. It paradoxically feels too goofy and not goofy enough. Unlike KITN I can never get enough bells & whistles. Bells & whistles are the building blocks of wrestling! Well, at least good wrestling. This is probably not my best work. I definitely could have done a whole lot more with Lana & Toni. Oh well. My heart just wasn't in it this week. Good luck!

Hey, I've done plenty of bell-and-whistle presentations. Last year I tried doing a DVD Box set of a Lucha Underground type show as my framing device. This year, I had a vision and I stuck to the formula, mostly.

I almost drafted Frank Mir and Don Frye to wrestle Suzuki and his pancrase buddy Masakatsu Funaki, but I pivoted to a couple difference choices that I hope will result in cards more likely to get votes.
