iNCY, I have a ton of nerdy tshirts and hoodies. Only a couple pair of pants I care for. So for me I would want to buy my clothes, but then wouldn't care which of my clothes were picked out for me.

Mrs RT wanted to rewatch it and I haven't seen it. We're nearing the end of season 2. I love it.

I was a little put off at first because I noticed similarities that the creators carried over from Gilmore Girls, mainly the fact that they think if people talk fast then it will be funny. But it's not an issue with this show because it fits the time period. And you have an insane cast and people like Tony Shaloub that bring it down to earth a little (even though Abe might be certifiably insane).

Alex Borstein is amazing too. She's probably my favourite. Her and the Gaslight manager, whoever he is. They're my people.

This week I have been binging Industry, the financial thriller.
I'm still not sure what I think of it.
Sex was too gratuitous and it lacked heart, but I thought the story, setting and pacing was very good....

Made me realise what they pass off as toxic was less abusive than my apprenticeship by a crazy margin.

since watching Narcos I started watching more shows with subtitles. Currently watching Ingobernable on netflix. Its ok but almost too Americanized.

I think I love shit with subtitles, although it at times takes my eyes away from the actors doing their things.

I LOVED Letters to Iwo Jima and City Of God and those had subtitles.

Plus, Narcos is fucking awesome even though UT refuses to give it a go.

Still in need of a new TV show until Stranger Things, Ozark and Narcos Mexico comes back.

Holy Shit that recent Wandavision was fantastic. I love they seed shit only comics fans would know, Pietro death in House of M, Mephisto being a fly, the relationship between Wanda and the Phoenix force only to later subvert them.

Also absolutely love this take on House of M. Way tighter than the comic story, and while we may not get Wanda breaking all of reality, it is a more powerful story for the character overall. Fantastic way to turn her into the more iconic Scarlet Witch. Bummed that this will not likely be used as a way to do a massive retcon and bring in the X-Men though. Likely will end up doing a multiverse arc, which would also work, but not fix the current backstories.

Since Mephisto is not likely to ultimately appear, it also opens the door to introduce Chthon in Doctor Strange. Likely though Dormammu is returning as he shares backstory with Wanda as well. Going to be so fun to see her and Strange together.

In a show with a lot of throwbacks, I LOVE the easter egg, that Wanda's latent ability was probability manipulation, which was her first comic ability.

One episode left, my hype is off the charts. Marvel knocked the ball out of the park with this show so far.

Watched the return episode of The Walking Dead last night , I know people have soured on the show and not every has had a chance to see it but it was maybe the best they've done in a long ass time. I actually think the show as a whole has gotten better after a down period but last night was the pinaccle. Doesn't hurt having Maggie back and bringing in new interesting characters and surrounding them all with Daryl.

Since Saved By The Bell remains the biggest countdown draw for me thus far, I decided to watch a few episodes this morning...

-The one where Screech invents a seemingly miraculous pimple cream that ends up coming with an unfortunate side effect. But fear not! Everything works out in the end for Kelly. Also, Muffin Sangria and Suzie Van Fyke are fantastic SBTB names.

-The one where the gang gets paired up in predictable groupings for a class project on marriage. Classic episode that I'm surprised none of us mentioned when we were discussing SBTB a few days back.

-The one where the gang has to watch Kelly's baby brother. Didn't remember this one. Zack was less villainous than usual. In fact, he was the biggest non-Kelly babyface in this episode. Also, the French teacher totally had the hots for "Zacky."

-It's career day at Bayside and Slater is bummed out after envisioning himself as a washed up professional wrestler(!). He quits the wrestling team because of this. But Zack needs him back because our preppy has made a bet he cannot possibly cash. Yet all his schemes are backfiring! What is a preppy to do? After 15 minutes of high drama in the halls of Bayside, Slater does come back to dispatch villainous Valley champion Marvin Nedick with a picture perfect German Suplex, of all things.

Well in theory we could mention all the SBTB eps as classics. The one where Screech can tell the future , or when they dress him as an alien.

Also the ROTC one is great.

Yep. Kelly brought her baby brother to school for....Saved By The Bell reasons. Stuff happens to Kelly. Poor Zack is then forced to spend most of this episode carrying a baby around in a gym bag! SBTB is low key insane.

And when the baby cries all the gang just randomly opens their mouth to trick the teacher. The most clueless teachers ever.

Also how did we forget the classic “cut day” episode. Zack has detention and keeps feeding Belding random insect candies because he has to be everywhere Slater is to win a bet.
