This game shows you how the significance of investing in players within the trenches. I am very impressed how quick of a transition Indy made changing a 3-4 D to 4-3 and still can swarm the opposition and not be overpowered. There's usually a full year transition from a talent perspective when changing schemes. Wilks got burned in Arizona trying to do this for instance in spite of having two top tier talents of their position in Pat Peterson and Chandler Jones.
