WWE 2k19 part 1 of the roster reveal starts in about 30 minutes. The Raw and nXt rosters will be shown. Probably shouldn't expect too much since they announcement came out of no where.

There's been a few game announcements that have caught my eye over recent days.

The latest Yakuza team IP release was just unveiled. 'Judge Eyes' sees you play a detective in Kamurocho where you've got to use information gathered to track down crooks and chase them down with Shenmue like QTE missions. The minute of gameplay we saw looked pretty cool.

Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition was dated for a January 11th 2019 release. That time-frame sounds about right, all I need to know is the different specs. If the Switch version performs close enough to the other versions, I'll pick it up for that console. Otherwise, I may wait it goes on sale for PS4.

Finally SquareEnix announced a remastered edition of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. No details on pricing, but you'd have to imagine it will be a budget release given the game will be 15 years old by the time of release. If the game has online functionality, gamers could finally have the experience the original intended to give players. FF CC is the franchise's attempt at a Diablo game, except Square completely messed up the multiplayer component. Players needed a GBA and a GBA Link Cable to play multiplayer, so at best, you'd have 2 players total.

Playing Fallout 4 currently for the first time. Man, is this game polished compared to other Bethesda game. I've only had the game crash once and the save files are much smaller in comparison to the ones last generation. Plan on going with the Brotherhood on this one. Not going to say why for spoiler reasons but I would normally side with the Minutemen but the ending seems kinda off with them.

Honestly, people give him flack for that but I love XP.  I did those things so much cause most companions love you helping people out.  I did them so much that he stopped giving them, haha.

Sounds like the N64 Classic's release date will be imminent after it's trademark was approved at the end of April.

Just to mirror real life, I expect this to be a huge disappointment coming off the SNES Classic and will likely pale in comparison to the PS1, but the N64 is my console so I'd sell a kidney just to have one.

Don’t think I’ve hated a game more than Half-Life 2, wasn’t really expecting a silent puzzle game with enemies thrown in every 20 minutes or so. I think I was expecting a lot faster paced game.

Keep trying to give it a chance and it either infuriates or bores me.

Certain parts of the game are definitely stronger than others, but I really enjoy those sections. Ravenholme, The Prison and the Final section where you're taking on mechs are thrilling and they resonated more with me because of how different the experience was.

This review does a pretty good job of summing up my thoughts on the game. He's Australian, so he doesn't bullshit and just gives it a fair assessment.

Honestly, I'll probably never play the Half-Life games, I've been left hanging by so many games, I'm not buying in knowing I'm getting an incomplete story. If they ever finish it, I'll play, otherwise. Don't care.

X0 is back! X018 on November 10th in Mexico City. 1st party and 3rd party announcements, and Phil Spencer said they were not finished acquiring studios, so we should be on the lookout for that. MS is hard at work on winning hearts and minds right now, they have done an excellent job the last three years after that infamous XB1 reveal. This is just another step in the right direction.

So I can attempt to get off Big Pete’s list, I’ve played more of Half-Life 2 which I was starting to enjoy.

Now I’m stuck with that bullshit hovercraft underneath a dock with two vehicles shooting rockets at me. I’ve killed the enemies but no idea how to get up on to the dock, I tried watching someone’s lets play for tips...but it was some 40 year old dad narrating it like D&D and it made me want to Van Gogh myself.

Please tell me this hovercraft isn’t in the rest of it? I swear I’m not normally this awful at games, I feel like I should livestream myself to demonstrate how much I suck at it 😂.

I had my nephew over last night, and the two of us ended up playing through Kirby: Star Allies for the Switch. Star Allies is simplistic (it is Kirby after all), and I wish there were more levels/worlds, but it's a game I see the two of us going back to time and time again, whenever he comes over to visit. I'm so glad I picked up a Switch, as I've had so much fun playing it since buying the system back in June. Next couple of games I plan on getting will be both Mega Man 11, and of course the new Mario Party game, which I'm really looking forward to playing.

I also recently downloaded Fortnite for the Switch, as a lot of people talk about it at work... I'm not sure if I like the game or not.

It's a bastard of a chapter tbh. Watching that video dredged up so many memories of being extremely bored trying to figure out what the game wanted me to do next.

There's a couple of more sections like that, but I don't recall them being as obtuse as this chapter.

Picked up Black Ops 4, they certainly hide the old modes well 😂.
Definitely takes longer to die and remembering to heal is going to be a hard thing to remember after so many years.

Haven’t played Blackout yet though.

Spyro confirmed to be a no-buy from me. I was hoping the delay was to put all games on disc, but he first game comes on disc, and for the full second and third games, you have to download. If I wanted digital, I'd buy digital. I wanna know in 20 years, as long as I have a system a disc, and the means to power them, that I can play my games. I'd sooner just go back and buy them on PS1.

Massive botch after trying to ride on the coattails of the N'Sane trilogy, as far as I'm concerned.

Believe it or not, no. Before the recent video showing Kirby getting away from the snap I was just eh on it. Now I'm all in, but I mostly got it because it's been out a year so there's enough games out to justify a purchase. I'm actually more hyped for the Pokemon Gen 1 remake coming out.

Oh yeah, I'm looking forward to that as well, gonna pick up the Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu version, it'll be interesting to see how they merge Pokemon Go game play with a bit of main series game play... I've seen the trailers, but that obviously makes the game look better than it actually is, like most trailers do.

That's an amazing trailer. The best part of the Pokemon anime were all the cute gags and if that Mr. Mime scene is anything to go by then I'm sold.

Did anyone play the 3DS game at all? I could be way off base but I imagined it'd be like Professor Layton but with the Pokemon license.

Holy shit Fallout 76 is awful. Bethesda is trying to match Mass Effect Andromeda for bugs and they have been so lazy, that they used some animations from Skyrim. Horrible.

My gf is one of the biggest Fallout marks ever, she platinum’d Fallout 4 and all the DLCs...she played the Beta of this and cancelled her pre-order straight away 😂.

How do I find out if there’s a language option? From what I’ve seen most Japanese versions of games have enough English to get by. I know a lot you guys buy import games. I don’t have VR to check.

Or just tell me I’m a dumbass for buying the Japanese version and expecting English in the game.
