Trump plans to appeal all of his criminal state charges up to the Supreme Court who he believes will move them to federal court so if he wins the election he can just demand the DOJ vacate the charges and then self-pardon to avoid reconviction.

It appears that the DOJ charges were to flip Carlos De Oliveira, the main who destroyed the tapes on behalf of Trump. Either he flips or he takes the fall for the obstruction charges and destruction of evidence charges and spends a long time in prison. Should he flip, he will be able to give testimony that Trump ordered the destruction of evidence that would incriminate him after the DOJ asked for it to be turned over.

This charge is likely the main one that takes down Trump proving once again, it is not the crime but the coverup that takes down people in the end.

Charges filed in DC and will not likely be moved out of DC.

Other co-defendants will be revealed soon, some of which already entered plea deals for limited immunity. Believed Trump's entire inner circle turned on him.

The three conspiracies are as follows:

1.  To disrupt the lawful collection, counting and certification of the results of 2020 election by the US government.  
2.  Disruption and impediment of the Congressional counting and certification of the Election on Jan 6th.
3.  Conspiracy to unlawfully limit the right to vote, and the right to have one's vote counted fairly.

Charge 18 USC 241 opens the death penalty right now since people died as a result of it, and the crowd chanting hang Mike Pence, and the erection of a gallows, makes a clear case that many were there to hurt Congress members.  Smith is unlikely to pursue it, but these are not small charges dropped.  

Some of the co-defendants, according to CNN, include Rudy Guliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, and Jeffrey Clark.

Trump'a defense for Jan 6th will be marketly different from the NT tax case or the document case. He is unlikely to deny what he did, but instead, say he was given bad legal advice from Rudy and Eastman, and acting on their legal opinions.

If they go this route Trump will have to take the stand.

The judge he drew already ruled against him twice and sentenced Jan 6th beyond what the DOJ asked for, saying there must be punishments for crimes against the capital beyond house arrest.

Trump will likely immediately ask for a new judge and to move the case out of the DC circuit, both which will be rejected offhand.  Likely whoever defends him in this case will be a case up front lawyer as there is a chance he beats this, but not with his normal legal team.  The jury has to believe that Trump absolutely believed his lawyers 100% and had no idea he lost the election or violence was brewing before Jan 6th.

Fitch hasn't disclosed their reasons beyond poor governance.

Not once was the amount of debt issued brought up in this talk or debt to income ratio talked about.  Debt to income of course is also a republican issue since they feel corporations and the rich should not pay taxes and write in loopholes in the tax code to make it so.

Totally not related to the debt downrating, GOP plans to shutdown the government if the Smith investigation, and persecution of Trump is not completely defunded. Everyone else charged can be tried, just not Trump, who deserves a separate tier of justice to be charged.

First serious fighting starting in the Trump lawsuits.

Justice Cannon is essentially demanding the DC investigation and charges of Trump be dropped, because she is trying him in Florida. A really fast appeal is expected, then the Supreme Court will likely have to decide if Trump he be tried on federal charges in two states, or if all of his crimes should be treated as having occured at Mar-A-Lago, including the ones he committed while at the White House. She also opened the floor for Trump to ask for an outright dismissal of all charges.

Likely Smith will use this questionable call to ask that Cannon be removed and this case be rejoined with the Jan 6th case in DC.  Cannon if this goes to the appeals court, will likely face sanctions this time since this is the second time she made a very, very erroneous decision involving Trump.

Now that wokeness has been removed from Florida schools, they are facing a teaching shortage so bad that some districts have to go remote because there are not enough teachers to have the kids back in person. Other schools have to go hybrid with teachers teaching one group on some days, then a second group others with the students doing remote stuff with only assistants on the days they are not in class.

Currently down 14000 teachers and support for the state the union says.

Florida DOE is reporting that 14% of math teachers are not certified to teach math, 25% for spanish, 20% biology, 16% business, 27% for social studies and 24% for computer science. 29% of elementary education teachers lack certification to teach k-5.

Their gifted program is currently 30% vacant forcing districts to cancel it entirely. Some schools are also lacking guidance counselors and psychologists.

Group of house moderates about to buck the party and start working with Dems as a budget deal since they do not believe their own party is able to get one done. Freedom caucus is demanding DEEP cuts despite the negotiated budget they agreed on during the debt ceiling talks.
