Shapiro I thought was quite good back in the day, but like a lot of these conservative commentators, he's become very much an instigator. He knows what buttons to press, and he knows going to liberal college campuses and letting the idiot kids make fools of themselves will get clicks. His matter-of-fact demeanour is probably the most challenging part of his gimmick. He looks like he's slowly learning to laugh at all of this stuff, but once upon a time, he was just a smug angry man. 

MAGA believes Swift and the NFL are working together to reelect Biden. Recent polls showing that Trump is down 6 now in general polls. The Swift feud seems starting to take a real toll on his support. Trump's team will be upping their attacks on Swift in coming weeks to try to discredit her with his base.
