My American exceptionalism was showing. Gotta remember to check to make sure my fly is up before posting. Zip up, son. Best part of Thanksgiving being in October? I can celebrate it again in November with the 'Muricans. I used to take the day off, cook a giant meal, and invite my friends over to watch football all day and indulge in thanksgiving food and adult beverages. Good times.

Starting two weeks of vacation. Going to redo part of my basement -knock out a wall, change carpet to laminate, add a wet bar.

I'd love to move to Colorado but I hear that the locals hate all the recent transplants. It seems a lot of Ohioans move there and I've had some friends speak on it from personal experience. Also have an acquaintence who lived in Aurora for awhile who said the opposite was true.

In positive personal news, Gf and I got a new cat. I wasn't ready for a new one but I couldn't tell her no either. They were going to ship the little guy off to a farm and he instantly started unleashing his kitten cuteness on us.
We named him "Fugazi", Vietnamese for chaos and also one of my all-time favorite bands. I'll post some pics on here later.

The only real issue is housing prices have greatly increased in the past 10 years.

From a cursory search, 1200 is the bottom end for 1 bedroom apartments. What part of Ohio are you in? My wife is from Columbus. Seems like a nice place.

Honestly with how easy it seems to be to get your card (I just told them I had back issues) it might as well be legalized.
How did you get yours approved? Just tell them you were Adam Cole sized and instant welfare for disability?

Just got back home with two different gummies.
And it's......... FUCKING EXPENSIVE. Then again I don't know what it costs on the street. Still better than nothing since all the OH legislators are against it even for medicinal purposes, minus the ex-governor who probably signed it on his way out to fuck with everyone. Thanks brah!
