Anna Jay and Tay Conti even in 30 FPS or whatever resolution this game runs in is still pretty enticing. Need the full upclose ass shots though, need to see more. Blood can be patched in for the future, what we need are the visuals to be on point. If there's a time for Kenny Omega to go full blown perv weeb, it's now.

What is crazy is the date hasn't even been officially announced yet and it's almost 1 month until the supposed date happens. They are banking on their AEW shows to be the lone real form of advertisement at this point. Yeah you'll get the hardcore AEW audience but it's crazy for a brand new IP to hold the date so close to the actual release. GTA I get it but AEW Fight Forever?

Not much say in the matter I guess. Pikmin 4 is like 2 weeks after this too. 

Very busy week with this, Ghost Trick, Code Rain and Samba De Amigo. Not going to buy this game but I am here for the glitches, that's what I am looking forward to the most.

$60 dollars is a huge cost for something so unproven. 

My take, the game was so fucking delayed they just want to get it out and start selling copies. That is why no marketing either. Just no time.

Glad I will be playing this on PC, will be like $15 in a few months on a steam sale.

People wanting no mercy game play. Not lack of features or limitations by the 64.

The complaints I am seeing are not lack of features, but that it looks like it will play more like No Mercy did than the modern WWE games.

Looks like it will have most modern features that make sense.

That's what I've seen largely come under fire, that and the release date when the game is already recycling a bunch of old move animations.

The trailers were also awful with the Statlander/Rose one in particular skipping frames.

I missed the stream, but on AEW Games they played Fight Forever today and a ton of clips on twitch. They deleted the VOD though, but could be a mirror around.

Some slowdown was obvious when executing finishers, likely due to instant replay, and there are some really funky graphics. Very No Mercy graphically, which is not a good thing given 20 years did improve a lot.  WWE is a way deeper game now.  This is still mash to kick out.

From what I seen this is a $30 game. This is in no way a $60 game.  And if the slowdown is baked in and not just bitrate lag, may have other bugs that are just not getting fixed before release.

Oh watching the VOD, the graphics are funky as they are hand animation and not mocapped.  Which is weird as they claimed everyone was mocapped.  But look at Jericho or Jungle Boy's chests, they are creepy as shit.

It's difficult to judge because neither OC nor Uno were good at the game. They'd have to turn the difficulty up to get a better sense of what the gameplay is like because AKI games were built on RNG and knowing how to play the odds before you attempted the higher risk moves.

The physics don't look right. It's an issue with the 2K games as well, but since this is paying homage to the AKI games, they really needed to slow the animations down to make them more impactful. For instance top rope moves on AKI games were a bit slower which made the impact more satisfying. I also think they should have made a point to make the SFX like the AKI games. It really made each strike impactful, whereas here they're going for a realistic sound.

That actually why I just came here to say I just saw that. That looks bad. If there were full entrances in I would say at least I get Cold World but the ycould have done better. Too bad the person or team who did the modeling for TNA Impact couldn't do these. Because no matter what you thought about the actual game you never heard these models look bad.

Maybe it is the skin tone but Eddie doesn't look so bad here.

Yeah, looked a lot better in motion. Negative 1 was playing him earlier on stream.

Saw this earlier, yeah it looks much better TBH. I wonder how these versions will look, especially on last gen. Would not be stunned if the hokiness happens on the XB1/PS4 versions. Switch might get bent too as well.

There's no reason why Alex Reynolds(who?) and 5 ft John Silver but not Evil Uno would be in Fight Forever. Grayson is tricky since he left the company at one point officially but Evil Uno was Brodie Lee's right hand man of Dark Order.

Saw some of the skateboarding mechanics on twitter from this game, they had Statlander & Allin doing some wacky shit. Physics went out the window with that. :lol:

I'll be getting the game but some of this stuff seems weird, like Matt Hardy as a pre-order bonus? Cause, playing as Matt Hardy on day one, will totally get those pre-sell orders in. Maybe, if it were both Matt & Jeff Hardy, I could see it, however, Matt by himself as a pre-order seems strange to me.
