Maybe she has Tourettes? This has not been the first mention of her unusual ticks over the years. I think it's affirming for those who have or have children who have these disorders that someone can hold a high position despite their disagnosis.

Dougie and Danny know that instead of overseas, the US are opening more factories in Mexico, right? I don't see Trump's big business buddies wanting to lose out on that sweet cheap Mexican labour over Canadian labour $$$ and laws.
