Putin took likely the only warning he will get about shelling residential areas and said he would stop strikes at these targets. Ukraine is demanding a tribunal for war crimes over as the Kharkiv shelling was widely documented, sustained shelling of a residential area with no military assets.

Putin has yet to sever Ukraine supply lines. Czech weapons and Starlink terminals arrived perfectly fine, as did EU fighter jets.

Putin is threatening that if any foreign weapons are used against his forces he will see it as an act of war.

US intel is beginning to think that Putin is half-mad as he his decisions no longer make rational sense and think the COVID isolation made him crazy.

Putin also failed to gain air superiority.  They have sea superiority, but cannot do much with it.  

There is a 17 mile long convoy outside Kyiv. They must have aerial dominance now, if not then what are they thinking.

A friend of mine was in a car accident. I was following behind him when it happened so I went to court on his behalf as a witness. ICC is powered by the Geneva Conventions. Do not have to sign it to be affected by it. Used more for leverage to push sanctions or international action.

And of course the US will not sign it. We need to be in control of it. Unlike the UN, we did not get veto power. Same reason Russia and China do not follow it.

War is changing though. Cancel culture is reigning supreme in this era and as seen in Russia the world can cancel a country and destroy them economically. Even if Russia takes Ukraine and installs a puppet government, they are still screwed. Ruble is rapidly becoming worthless, and their economy is about to meltdown. People are trying to pull what cash they can from banks now before the money is frozen and or just seized by the banks themselves.

It shouldn't stop an investigation.

If the end game of the free world is to cripple Russia to a point of economic collapse, when Putin eventually taps out, the bus will be well and truly ready for his people to throw him under it. That's the best possible outcome.

If he fails in Ukraine, and he most likely will... eventually, there is absolutely no way he goes back to chilling in Moscow like nothing happened. Thus, Lithuania prompting the investigation. If conversions about war crimes and 'crimes against humanity' are now on the table it would suggest as bloody as it gets, there is a plan to hold Russia accountable.

But let's be honest, it will probably result in a decade plus of economic sanctions designed to repay an extraordinary debt to Ukraine, and everyone that donated as much as a pistol.

LOL American conservatives who been siding with Russia for the last five years now complaining that people think they are pro-Russian. Lot of whining on Fox News today. Like two weeks ago people were asking why we should the Ukraine and why they should oppose Putin and now are trying to claim they are hard on Russia.

Intel also suggesting that Putin may start to destroy the two main cities in Ukraine in the next few days by just blasting civilian areas.  

Finland discussing joining NATO today. EU is discussing bringing in the Ukraine as well.

Also since the seizing of Russian assets people are noticing that pro-Tucker and pro-Fox News tweets have radically dropped.  Few people I know doing the analyses now to quantify it.

Source is US intel. Claims they were running out of gas and have no food and soldiers started to defect to not starve.  Convoy is not moving though.  

Morale is breaking hard. Many soldiers do not want to be there after learning it is not a training exercise or a defensive operation. Russia did not feel they needed to know why they were being deployed and as they learn the truth they lose the heart to fight entirely.

OH SHIT!!! Russia just blow up the Slovenian Consulate in Kharkiv. Attacks on consulates are considered attacks on sovereign ground. NATO can enter this now if they want.

This is why the Kiev convoy was not destroyed yet. They just took out a 800 vehicles one. Apparently Russia's airforce is mostly MIA. Likely they will take down the other convoy now that this operation is complete.

I hope this is the case, but disinformation can be a weapon and we have no reason to believe the claims from either sides.

I find it impossibme to believe Russia would move their troops in a single slow moving column without establishing air superiority first. It's no small task taking out hundreds of vehicles, that's more than a couple of planes.
We will see if the footage backs up the claim.
