White collar workers trying to flee Russia now while riots break out all over due to the conscription plans of 300k.

Reports are Putin is readying a nuke for launch as a last ditch effort to stay in power. It is expected the nuke he will use is a small one, about the size the US used in WW2.

He seems to be betting on NO ONE WANTING A NUCLEAR WAR and the world letting him use small scale tactical nukes since we let him do whatever he wanted so war up to cluster bombing civilians and shelling a nuclear power plant.

US privately warned if Putin uses a nuke we will declare war, but Putin knows the GOP will take all action to block it as he manipulated them for years for a situation just like this.  So America, and thus most of NATO's actual force, may be an empty threat to Russia.  Russia has confirmed that the US did communicate with them on the red phone we use before we destroy the world with MAD though.

Up to China to pick a side, and if they do not do it soon, Putin will likely pick a target after the mock elections and he sues for annexation and peace, and launch to try to force an end to the conflict.

Latvia have declared a state of emergency along the border with Russia, amid Russians fleeing country.

Honestly, they should let Russia have them. The people there are more Russian than Ukraine, and been loyal to Putin for years. Kiev enacted the Revolution of Dignity and basically banned the political parties of that region and removed the president they supported. Can you blame them for not wanting to be part of the Ukraine. Since 2012 that region does not vote in the Ukraine election, and may not be able to legally do so still. Shit got weird there fast.

Neither side here really are the good guys, and this is a classic civil war split between European Ukraine and Eastern Bloc Ukraine.  Russia ends the war, it will not stop the those regions from waging war with the Ukraine as they have been for years since they consider themselves independent territories aligned with Russia.  

Plenty of rumors today that Putin has ordered the sabotage of the Nordstream pipeline.
Not sure many outside of Europe realise how grim this Winter is going to be in Germany and other parts of Europe.

Russia is also claiming it was Biden who destroyed the pipeline. Makes sense, Fox gets it talking points from Russia.

Whoever did it, is trying to provoke a European war.

So they could tell he did it? I dunno I mean he normally doesn’t seem to care what the west thinks. But since this latest Ukraine thing he has been trying to point the finger at the west as a cause. If he were interested in swaying the rest of the world to his side he wouldn’t wan them to be able to see he just flipped a switch.

The US would not punish Germany because we are mad at Russia. It makes no sense. Also since it came from Tucker, it was the messaging that Russia wanted, given they are now airing the segment on Russian state TV to prove the US entered the war.

Not much during the Trump era. His team used the Russian model. Otherwise most news stations are bound by defamation laws for lying. Expect for Fox, which no reasonable person can believe if truthful.

There's a YouTube channel I watch where the guys build huts out in the woods. I'm pretty sure they're Russian (they never talk). Hopefully they have huts they haven't filmed to hide in.
