Worth noting that the Hamas attacking, according to American conservatives, was planned and executed by Biden. I'm on vacation and bought a conspiracy theory magazine for giggles.. it suggests Biden and his team were behind the 2014 coup in Ukraine and had masterminded the entire war in Ukraine that is now playing out between it and Russia also. Man this guy is busy for a bumbling dementia riddled geriatric.

Hard sanctions coming for Iran. Senate is prepping them now with Mitch on the lead. Be a tough sell in the House where they claim Russia is our ally, given Iran is an ally of Russia, and the sanctions would also hurt Russia. But enough non-Freedom caucus members to move it once they kill the speaker vacating rules, and well, get a new speaker.
Not sure how Dems will fall in with this, but I hope most reasonable people would agree that even if you support Palestine, giving Hamas rockets to shoot at Israel is a step too far. Very few liberals really gonna go out to support Hamas in good faith unless they are true extreme idealists or revolutionaries.

None of this good.
Hope I'm not pointing out the obvious here.
Iran, is not only a supporter of Russia in its invasion of Ukraine, it is the number one supporter of Islamic terrorism in the world, and obviously Hamas.
These two dictatorships have a political and military alliance, in addition to Russia and its cohort of evil doers making up the Collective Security Treaty Organization, essentially its version of NATO.
And although there has been some good relationship between Russia and Israel at times.. can you really trust Putin?
The United States is the obvious ally of Israel, and backs Ukraine with weaponry and aid in its fight with Russia.
There's a real possibility of a two-front war consuming The Middle East and Eastern Europe if Iran, Russia and Hamas have all decided to tag team and make it official.
Then at what point do The West well and truly step in and put boots on the ground?

I wouldn't be surprised if this, plus Serbia moving military to its border with Kosovo, is all orchestrated by Russia to distract Ukraine's allies.

In a year the international geopolitical landscape can drastically change. Trump returns to power, the US leaves NATO. We leave NATO, Ukraine is done. Trump also is not happy with Netanyahu's supporting Biden at all so we could very well cut funding to Israel as well. Israel was Kushner's thing anyway, and he is out this time around due to pushing for Ivanka to keep away from pops.
Should Putin want more cordial relations between Iran and the US, say in exchange for helping Trump return to office, sure it will be done as well.
So the West may step in, but not in the way people expect. Trump certainly will not be held back by his advisors this time around.
///
Reported that Netanyahu told Biden he has no choice but to now go into Gaza. Peace is not an option it seems only escalation. Not shocking that it seems all of these states run by conservative parties want war though, as they believe might is power.

I'm worried we have reached a turning point in the Middle East and you guys are right. This has essentially been a proxy war between the United States and Russia for as long as I can remember, and with tensions at an all-time high between the two countries who knows what the fuck will happen next. ... The shit I'm seeing online today is really disturbing. I'm all for supporting a country's right to defend itself against a terrorist attack, but people are taking this a step too far. Pro-Palestine rallies are taking place and I'm seeing legitimate, respectable people that I have followed for years calling them animals and terrorists. All I'm seeing is people trying to shed light on the fact that innocent Palestinians are paying the price for what Hamas did, and the narrative is making it sound like everyone is supporting terrorism against Israel.

US said will not put troops on the ground but we will provide intel and planning to Israel. Also rushing weapons shipments.
Read between the lines, we will rearm Israel and give them our drone surveillance to carry out their strikes.

I’m Muslim. My wife is Jewish. Our kid is mixed. This religious war is no good. Granted, me and my wife are neither super hard into our religion but I have family and she has family who are on complete opposite sides of this war. The best thing to do for us to just not talk about this shit.
My main worry is that the war comes into our soil which seems very possible. Earlier this week, we were all given an emergency “test” alert on our phones at the same time which is just super weird and coincidental timing.

Def not coming here. This war is strictly a middle eastern conflict. Like the Russia conflict is an eastern european one. No one outside of the regions wants to carry on the conflict for them outside of it. Not a whole lot of Muslims will outright support Hamas or any Islamic terrorism.
Only war that will come here is a civil war or a war with China. Well unless then Canucks come down with their silly hockey sticks but then we just go America all over their asses and send them packing.

Watching the news cycle now, Hamas will apparently execute one hostage for every Israeli attack.
Hezbollah also threatens to attack American positions in the Middle East should it intervene directly in the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Pro-Palestinian rallies around Oz, Governments now taking heat for taking pro Pro-Israeli stance and now defending it.

This is why the US needs secure borders. Sick of Latin Americans coming into the US and trying to promote Sharia law and turn America into an Islamic state. Big a strong wall, and no longer can people from Iran enter the US through the southern border.

All hell breaking loose overnight. Israel attacking residential areas and multiple refugee centers with missiles. Palestine pleading with the world for help while Israel promises a response like the world has not seen. Israel's actions show they do not seem to be separating Hamas from Palestine.
Gaza under a total blockaide so people cannot flee even if they wanted to. They are stuck instead and have to pray that Israel does not consider them a military target like the refugee camps or hospitals.
Only seen more dead kids in Syria coverage. 137000 people sheltering in Gaza overnight, with this estimate and the estimate of bodies being extremely low as the counting not really even started yet.
Nearly every western leader made statements basically saying if you oppose Israel you are pro-hamas and advocating violence. Like no you sick fucks, I am against kids getting bombed at refugee camps.
Seems only the Squad has the balls to call this shit out as wrong. If the option is killing kids or letting Hamas go, you fucking let Hamas go.
Believe now 150 hostages left taken by Hamas. They keep claiming they will kill so now they died 4 or 5 times each.

Hard truth time:
Israel counts all the hostages as dead, they will not negotiate and every broadcast execution gives Israel more license to kill indiscriminately.
Hamas have a history of hiding weapons and people in hospitals and schools, Israel is going to kill them all anyway.
The US Southern border is an issue, you could have thousands of Hamas militants come through that border and you'd never know.
What is happening in Gaza is heart breaking and Israel and Hamas have an ocean of blood on their hands. Let's not forget the USA who seems to believe they have the power to decode whose deeds are righteous and whose aren't, didn't hesitate to nuke two Japanese cities not giving a particular shit about the civilian women and children burnt to a crisp because... Something... Something... Pearl Harbour and yes the Japanese were pieces of shit too... See where I'm going with this?

700 Palestinians and 100 children now are dead. 1000 members of Hamas took part in the attacks, so if Israel is only targeting Hamas then only 200 remain and 80% are dead. No one counted the bodies yet from the recent salvos. Can talk of human shields all you want, but when they send out 1000 missiles to eliminate 1000 people, that shit falls apart really fast.
Calls for a safe corridor for civilians to leave Gaza have been denied. Women and children are not allowed to leave the city because they could be Hamas.
///
Can't really blame the US here when the entire West supporters this shit, Australia included. Not one Western country has denounced this counter offensive I seen at least.
///
Israel massing for a shakedown of Gaza now. 100k troops and full armored brigades at the border. Another to kill every man, woman and child in Gaza. All reports are they are prepping for a full scale invasion of Gaza.
Fairly sure Hamas not coming through the Southern Border of the US. Why on Earth would a terrorist go through a monitored border, when most ports are not monitored?
US also formally warned Iran if they get involved in this conflict, the US will respond.

Also believed should Israel go in and try to sweep Gaza, Palestinians will fight them rather than passively risk being killed for being suspected of supporting Hamas. After the airstrike, many do feel that Israel is coming to exterminate them.

I was trying to figure out some analogy today regarding 9/11 and the justification for war.
3,000 odd Americans died on 9/11/2001... 45 million died as a response to it.
What Hamas has done in the last few days is absolutely horrible. It's barbaric, opportunistic savagery that should be condemned a thousand times over.
The response will be a more economically powerful and much more advanced military nation essentially locking 2 million people in a barrel and shooting at fish, likely killing tens.. no, potentially hundreds of thousands very, very quickly.
And in a similar tone to the War on Terror, Israel has expressed their intentions of reshaping The Middle East. Bringing those savages to justice might just be a by-product.
Whether that actually happens, who knows, but it will result in the decimation of a civilian population that has nothing to do with any part of this conflict.
I'd hate for future generations to look back and of course they'll condemn the actions of Hamas, but I'd hate to think how Israel will fair if their response is wiping out the entire population.
History doesn't usually look back favourably on bombardments of civilians and borderline genocide.

Overnight Israel pretty much turned downtown Gaza to rubble. Israel says now Hamas has nowhere to hide. They are destroying a city of over a million people, to kill a few thousand Hamas members. And Israel openly admits they killed a few hundred Hamas members in this, while over a thousand total people have been killed. This is acceptable to them. The Palestinians are all acceptable losses, even if more children than Hamas members die.
Israel os advising people to leave the city, but wants them to leave via Egypt. Leaving to Israel is not an option. To flee Gaza, also means leaving shelter and hoping you dodge the missiles.
Egypt said their intel warned Israel several times of a Hamas attack but Israel ignore the warnings. Looking more and more like a few hundred dead Israelis was acceptable losses also to Israel if it allowed them to annex the Gaza strip.

People here in Canada were losing their minds last night because a joint statement released by 5 of the G7 countries supporting Israel did not include Canada. We were not even asked to sign on.
I’m glad the rest of the G7 didn’t bother to ask, because all the last 48 hours has shown us is that bombing civilians in response to a terrorist attack is apparently ok, and we have learned nothing since 9/11.
All the leaders that jumped up and said “go Israel, Palestine = Hamas,” are on the wrong side of history, and it makes me sick that so many have that stance and couldn’t wait to shout it from the rooftops.

Correction to this post: apparently the statement was always just for the 5 countries that have nuclear weapons. That makes sense. Considering what Trudeau has been tweeting, he probably would have signed on given the opportunity. So that sucks. He also condemned the rallies held in Canada yesterday in support of Palestine, which really bothered me. By all reports the rallies were peaceful and just calling for an end to Israeli occupation and a peaceful resolution. Not a single person supported Hamas and their actions. Yet our Prime Minister is acting like literal terrorists are marching through our streets.

Worldwide people are condemning support for Palestine claiming it is pro-Hamas.
Israel launching the largest salvo yet against Gaza now and will likely level most of what remains. They told everyone to leave, but they have nowhere to go and no way of receiving the message.
Infrastructure of Gaza totally destroyed so even if the war ends now, they will be effected for years to come. Many lost everything they had to the missile strikes as well.
Some talk of this all being war crimes, but Israel likely immune to such petty things. Any investigation into war crimes will be blocked by the US and Israel.
