Last night Trump mocked E. Jean Carroll again with similar claims to what she sued him for and won with twice. Her legal team said they would continue to sue Trump until he stopped this behavior, while giving away the cash she earns in settlements to other groups harmed by Trump.

Trump has very little defense in these cases as it is a matter of settled fact to the courts that he did sexually assault her, and defame her at several times in the past.  He will likely lose again in discovery, with the jury only considering fines.

Mix this in with the Satanic Temple fucking with them with things like Satanic holiday displays and After School Satan, and a small minority of vocal people are losing their fucking minds that the US has been taken over by satan's minions, the Democratic party, who seek to transform the US form a Christian nation into a Satanic one.  

This is one of the US's largest churches in the US for a frame of reference. Unlike in many places, our megachurches have the sermons live in one place, that are then played live in others, online and even on TV. The largest church also has their shows played live in most prisons. Took lazy to find Kenny C rant about Satan but here is him ending COVID.

Oh it is well worth noting that most US Christians believe we are in the ends days, and Trump is God's chosen warrior to the fight the army of Satan.  These elections and trials of Trump are being portrayed as the events of Revelations.  Once Trump wins and defeats Satan once and for all, then Jesus will return and the Trump's supporters will ascend to Heaven.  

It is the duty thus of the church going to give all the money they can to the preachers to help them fight back against Satan, as if Satan wins this final battle, the world is doomed to hell instead.  The more it appears Satan is winning, the desperate the donations will be needed to counteract his will.

Roughly 48.9% of Americans are Protestants, 23.0% are Catholics, 1.8% Mormon.
Of the protestants 55% describe themselves as Evangelical. Of Evangelicals maybe best estimates is 1 in 4 hold to some QANNON conspiracy theories.

As for racism, it is racist to want a closed southern border and an open northern border.  As is it to keep asylum claims for white people high, while closing down the claims for muslims, hispanics and Africans.  

But Dems, Senate GOP and biden pushed a plan to close the borders and Trump and House GOP opposed it.  Trump is demanding no action be taken on the borders until after the election.  Not Dems, not Biden, not even the Senate GOP.  This is now on Trump and House GOP alone.

Words on the statue of liberty that represented our asylum policy for hundreds of years that no one seems to want to reform at all. The US for most of our history welcome immigrants with open arms. Only in the last 40 years has it turned on immigrants, which coincides with when it was no longer ok to demonize black people.

Most countries and I assume The United States is no different would have a policy and or legislation which outlines a projected number of arrivals and it's ways of supporting that volume of people arriving in their country, from housing, infrastructure, education, social services.. jobs, etc to avoid them becoming a burden on society.

A million uneducated, undocumented, unemployed Mexicans walking across the border escaping one form of poverty only to find themselves in another form of poverty State-side isn't ideal for The United States. It puts additional untold pressure on " the system " that doesn't have the resources to support them. It's not about redirecting the demonization of one minority to the next. It fact, it works itself into a shoot. Marginalized communities experience high volumes of anti-social behaviour, that puts additional pressure on the broader communities as it spills over, then often amplifying and accelerating any discrimination that might exist below the surface.

Indigenous communities here aren't demonized because of skin colour or some speculated systematic racism that particular political leaders might have you believe, the demonization comes from the anti-social behaviour that is rife in those communities spilling over and impacting the greater community in the most volatile ways - drugs, alcohol, petty crime, violence, etc. I can imagine it's not too far fetched to suggest the same with illegal immigration - although, The United States has a gang culture unlike anything we have here.

According to US law, if you cross the US border and present to law enforcement you are entitled to make a claim for asylum. You will then he admitted into the US until your asylum application is reviewed. Current wait time due to underfunding for reviews is 10 years. There is no cap on the number of asylum claims that can be made right now. Because of this process, almost everyone who crosses at specific points where they can turn themselves over to law enforcement immediately so there is no confusion that they are making a claim of asylum.

Trump put into place a COVID protocol that due to COVID asylum claims should remain in Mexico. When the pandemic ended so did this process. GOP is demanding that Biden put back in place the COVID protocols. Mexico is opposing this as the COVID pandemic is over and the legality of the US forcing Mexico to handle third party asylum claims in their country is questionable.

Senate put together a process that would seek up asylum claims to 18 months and close the border after a certain number of claims are made. Under closed borders anyone who crosses will be arrested, deported, and barred for 10 years from making a claim of asylum. Trump and the House GOP rejected it. They say the only option they support is forcing all our asylum claims to wait in Mexico for 10 years or so until the US makes a decision. Expected that Mexico will pay all costs associated with the GOP remain in Mexico plan as punishment for allowing migrants into their country. Mexico obviously says if this is put into place they will seek legal action and made clear their opposition.

For demographics, Mexicans are a large minority but not the majority of people making asylum claims either.

Channel 5 went to the border to see what it was actually like, entered a detention camp, crossed the border, then got smuggled back into the US by coyotes and arrested by the border patrol. Best look at what is actually going on as he points out shit both sides are ignoring, like most people are crossing where they know border agents will be, and that the asylum claims are being couched most likely by the cartel members who help them get to the border.  Only thing lacking in his series is really talking with the cartel's but that is not safe at all.

Worth noting as well, no more complaints about no one wanting to work anymore, now there is a steady flow of people who will work for subminimum wages. The US labor market NEEDS migrant workers to fill jobs that normal Americans will not. Most Americans will not work for less than legal minimum wage off the books, but migrants will gladly. When Trump starved the supply of migrants, people freaked out. Now they are back, suddenly the labor issues of small businesses and factories magically went away.  When small business looked doomed to high labor costs a few years ago, now everyone is thriving as labor costs plummeted again.

Latest Presidential Rankings from historians are in. Trump moves to dead last, Biden enters at 14th.  Republicans who ranked had Trump at 41 instead of 45, so clearly not a partisan issue either.

Shit hitting the fan in Oklahoma over Nex Benedict's death. Police investigated and ruled that Nex death due to brain injury was unrelated to having her head smashed on the bathroom floor repeatedly the day before, or even brain trauma. Outrage started and now they are backtracking and claiming to be looking into foul play finally. But calls for the DOJ to step in and take over the investigation started.

More details were released. After the fight the school did not call for an ambulance for Benedict despite her having trouble walking after the attacked, her mother picked up her afterwards and brought her there herself. Police claim she was fine after the assault despite going to the hospital and dying the next day.
