Sadly Nex had Prozac and Benadryl in his system, so clearly it was an overdose and the fight was unrelated is the line being used now. And if the fight did have something to do with it, they are claiming he started the fight by throwing water on the girls, so they had the right to beat him unconscious in self-defense.
School had a long history of rainbow kids being brutally bullied too dating back at least a full generation but that is unrelated as well. All that matters is Nex took Prozac and Benadryl at some point before his death and being trans means he was deeply mentally unstable.
Of course actual experts point out the reason prozac and benadryl are so often used in mental health stuff are both are extremely hard to overdose on generally requiring you to ingest grams of the pills, which are dosed in milligrams. So like a bottle of each would be needed for even a chance at a fatal overdose. Full tox report not out yet, and people are questioning if it will ever be released as suicide puts a nice bow on this for the town, despite how uncommon fatal overdoses are.
The best part of this all is the released brief mentions no signs of trauma. Nex was never assaulted according to that fast report.

Trump lawyers just filed that it is impossible for Trump to cover his 550 million dollar bond after 30 plus financial firms refused to underwrite it. They claim he cannot also raise the money selling assets as it would result in him suffering financial losses. Previously he tried to lower the bond amount to 100 million. Asking full panel appeals court to allow him to post a much smaller bond while this case goes to appeals proper. Not likely gonna get relief as suffering financial losses is the point of civil judgments in court cases. He has about a week left to post a bond before James can start petition to start seizing assets in NY to cover the settlement. Basically some combination of: no bank believes he can or will repay the loan, and his buildings are highly leveraged with little equity to serve as collateral. In general someone shouldn't have to dismantle their business just to be able to appeal to defend themself. The bond will probably get lowered or they'll put some assets in escrow. But also - play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I expect another fund raising email to go out.

I doubt the bond gets lowered. Trump's lawyers claimed on TV for a month he has the money and he claimed in his deposition he has the money. It is not on the court to lower the amount so he can get someone else to put up the money he claims he has. Appeals court rejected the lowered bond already, and the full panel will likely as well. He will then appeal to state supreme and US supreme as it is cheaper for him to appeal endingless rather than pay. Also the fastest way not to get into this spot is do not commit crimes you will be civilly liable for. No appeal court will overturn the decision as the case was handed fairly and the fines simple divestment of gains from a criminal act. No punitive fines were applied.
And yeah belief is he is overleveraged and selling one property could start a chain where he needs to others to deal with loan companies demanding immediate repayment of overleveraged shit. Which is what this entire case was about, Trump lying about values of properties to become overleveraged.
He will send out fundraising emails but the money is drying up. 10 years of these emails milked his supporters dry. And even draining the RNC will not get the cash he needs.

The cause of death was overdose, maybe from being bullied maybe not... The story of the "assault" in the bathroom was that Nex threw water over some girls after they talked shit and they retaliated. Every person in the story was in the wrong. This doesn't strike me as a Trans story, I lived this sort of thing a hundred times in high school, people are shitty. This is being portrayed as a death as the result of bullying, where it may very well be that Nex was mentally disturbed and needed help. I am not saying it is Nex's fault, I just take issue with every story being reduced to saints and sinners.

And the cause of death did not mention any complications. Legal team for the family also already noted that there is a problems with the first release as they did not note any injuries from the assault. Tox screen many believe will reveal lower levels of prozac and benadryl that make actual death from these substances unlikely. Also believed brain trauma will be noted that also can explain cause of death. The family is now sending out all documentation for secondary analysis and have I believe requested a second analysis on the body. And if there was no story here the US federal government would not be auditing everything as well. After the first ruling that the death was not related to the assault, a US title 6 investigation was opened.

Analysis coming out of the Trump bond stuff is that should he sell something, he will be left with massive capital gains bills and mortgages on the property that could see his wealth rapidly unrival needing to sell more and more to pay all the taxes and loans associated with them.
Believed a foreign government will pay the fine in the end. There are no laws that a national security risk cannot be in charge of the US government and then have security clearance, that they then will share with their patreon. Expected Saudis or Russians gonna pick up the bill.

Cannon is demanding that jury instruction for the trial include the phrase that courts cannot rule on the topic of presidential declassification in regards to the presidential records act. This is a gross misunderstanding of the law, and likely will see a motion to remove her from the trial.

In this case, there is a chance to objectively prove they were in the right. Release the tox report and if the serum levels show that Nex did in fact ingest the hundreds of bills needed for an overdose the topic will ultimately be dropped. Also, so far, only one side of this debate has proven violent and it is not trans protestors. People want to make it seem like there is some wave of trans violence but the reality is there is simply not, and instead, trans deaths are routine and either not being covered by the media or not covered as the hate crimes they are. And when a trans person is bullied to the point of suicide, it is merely dismissed as the trans person being mentally ill and that they should be embrace being tormented.

And when a trans person is bullied to the point of suicide, it is merely dismissed as the trans person being mentally ill and that they should be embrace being tormented. I don't want anyone beaten to death, I don't see why you jump immediately to conspiracy that this is a "hush job", I am pretty sure they said all the results of the tox screen would be released. It is more an issue that people jumped on this as a hate crime without any evidence, now they require solid evidence to disprove a POV they came to without any reason to do so. This is chronic in society today. If your car got dented out the front of your house and someone walks up to you and says "I saw a white Chevy hit your car" Then later you find out the guy made the story up, you don't keep looking for a white chevy. I have long maintained that trans people are for the most part mentally unwell and deserve the highest levels of compassion and treatment. It doesn't mean they should be treated poorly and they certainly shouldn't be beaten, but as a society we are continuing to celebrate what I think history will record as a misadventure in medicine. I am also certain we will find that many people identifying as transgender are actually autistic and their misalignment with societal norms are not driven from an ability to reconcile their gender. This has become a cult and logic has gone out the window.

The reason is it takes more than a month supply of prozac for a lethal overdose even when mixed with a bottle of Benadryl.
The reason people went to hate crime is because the school has a history of anti-LGBT bullying, and the girls were said to have previously bullied Nex for being trans. After they were not charged for assault, it triggered a Title 6 investigation.
The fact they were not charged with a hate crime is not the issue, the fact they were not charged with assault is. Even if water was thrown by Nex, that does not trigger lethal self defense.
Almost all trans people are happy post transition, which kind of makes the whole anti-trans narrative nonsense. Less than 1 percent regret it, which is why the same three or four people are always appearing in the media talking about trans regret. Also despite the media's obsession with youth transitions the majority of people do not start chemical transitioning until adulthood. Well and FtM transitions also exist, but that is seen as trading up so the media does not care.
For the autism rates, yeah 9% of trans people will have autism. Which means 91% do not. 75% of people have zero issue with trans people. Which means the misalignment is not with them but the other 25% of people who cannot accept trans people. And we seen all this rhertic before in the homosexuality debate. All the same arguments are rehashed.
US at least should see trans rights upheld by the supreme court in the very near future and like homosexuality that will be the end of the debate as the media will move on and a pick a new folk devil, likely furries.

Trump absolutely melting down after the list of firms that would not loan him money was made public. And he cannot make the argument to the court that he does not have the funds, since he said on record he is a rich man and can pay a 400 million dollar fine. Saying the opposite now opens him up to perjury charges.
He has been meeting with Musk and other billionaires to get someone else to pay the bond, but no one is interested. Believe he is pushing a cabinet spot to anyone who front the cash.
///
Expected Smith will ask for Cannon's removal when he appeals the jury instruction ruling she recently has given. Since it will be the third time the appeals court will have overruled her in this very case, it would be justified to remove her to avoid more missteps. And this misstep is the largest one she has made yet, and should lead to sanctions if not disbarment.

James making moves to take Trump National Golf Club Westchester and Seven Springs next week. These are two of Trump's most valuable properties when independently accessed.
Trump has all but admitted he has no way of paying the bond since all creditors want want cash collateral.
Since no civil penalties or punitive damages were assigned no legal ground exist to reduce the fine. It is disgorgement of ill gotten gains entirely.
Given these properties were used to finance loans, could see Trump's finances unravel fast.
Trump's hail mary is asking for international support now.
Monitor also now is to be filled in on day to day action in Trump Org, and will need to approve all commercial transactions, and can stop any suspicious transactions pending court approval.
///
Also RNC will only a get of Trump's fundraising moving forward after his legal bills are paid. And he is encouraging donors to donate directly to him so he can decide where to spend the money. RNC will likely spend their money on paying his legal bills first and foremost as well given Lara Trump now is in charge.
Estimated that 90 percent of the money Trump raises goes to legal expenses.

If I was American I would be deeply ashamed of the NY trial which was nothing short of a witch hunt.
Trump borrowed money and repaid it in a timely manner, the banks were happy with the transaction. The finding of fraud is a miscarriage of justice from a department desperate to destroy Trump.

In the US if you commit a financial crime, and are found guilty of it in court, you do not get to keep the cash. Trump gained half a billion or so with his fraud, and now has to give it back.
The investigation started in 2018. This was Trump's justice department that it happened under. He just stalled the trial for 6 years. His own supreme court ruled several times NY had the right to sue him for these crimes. They had several chances to kill the suit but they did not. Not one justice he put on the bench supported his immunity because it was a witch hunt claims. Alito and Thomas did, but even the people he put on the bench himself agreed with the claims he is now making.
Trump testified he could pay the expected fine with liquid funds. This fine should be no big to deal to him based on his own testimony. NY can only assume he is refusing to now pay, which justifies taking property.
As for the banks being happy, not one of them would bond Trump this cash using his property as collateral. He asked every major financial group and everyone turned him down. Weird for banks that were totally cool with the way he did business to not want to do more business with him. Almost like they no longer trust his valuations on his properties for some reason.

Go nuts then, it is your country that it is eroding.
They freely admit they spend 3 years putting this case together. What crime? If it was fraud, who has been defrauded? The banks have been repaid and all admitted that they didn't make decisions off the Trump valuations alone. 3 years to badger someone whose politics they didn't like, it is awful for the future of the USA
The people who don't care or applaud because it is happening to someone they don't like will realise too late the precedent they are setting.
That is all I will say on the matter.

Great analogy except it is wrong in every conceivable way. To fix your analogy, let's say you agreed to hire a car for 4 days for $400 and returned it in perfect condition after 5 days and paid $500 with the full agreement of the person you hired it from... But the contract says 4 days.

Bottom line, Trump willingly broke the law. In the US legal system, when you break the law there are consequences, one of which is you cannot keep ill gotten gains.
And again, if the banks were so happy with Trump why are none of them now issuing him a bond using property as collateral like they did before?
I assume once Trump legally defrauds all the idiots who invest in Truth Social this all becomes moot as he will simply pay the fine in the end then return to Twitter. But insane to say that the US enforcing it's laws for Trump show the country going down the drain.
And your scenero is wrong. Trump would have only paid $400, and the lawsuit is for the $100 he saved, as in the US that would be considered an ill gotten gain. The half a billion is the sum of all of the money Trump saved through misevaluations due to lower interest rates.
Trump may win in appeals but it is not likely. He has no real legal path to win on so he merely is arguing that the judge and his chief clerk were mean to his legal team, and this is a witch hunt, neither of which are legal arguments.

The banks claimed in court they would not have given Trump the loans at favorable rates if they were provided accurate information.
Mar-A-Lago is only worth 18 million according to tax forms they submitted to Palm Beach County. The judge did not claim that was what it is worth, he pointed out that this was amount Trump said it was worth in the tax forms he submitted.
