I just took my pills for the second time today by accident. Forgetting I already took them. *facepalm*
I called the poison control Center and I just have to watch for signs of low blood pressure caused by an accidental overdose of my high blood pressure medication. I feel like a moron.
I’ve forgotten to take them here and there but this is the first time I’ve doubled up.
Time for ‘the home’.

I've done that too. Time for one of those pill boxes that are Mon-Sun with AM and PM. I already have one.  For some reason my dumbass looked at the box and said 'it's Thursday I didn't take my pills'. Except it was only Weds and yes I already had. Sigh.

Today it's hot as Satan's ball sack here and I had to go to a meeting with a vendor. I mentioned I almost wore my Mrs. Roper kaftan and only half the room knew what I was talking about.

I'm only like 5 years younger than you and had to google Mrs. Roper. Never even caught Threes Company in syndication, sorry! For me, similar to NATH45, planning all of my tasks at once for the second floor, or all my tasks at once for the basement, so I don't have to do all those damn stairs more than I have to!
