Well, I think you can lift the interim tag off of Craig Berube. I thought that was strange during the player introductions they always had to introduce him with that tag.

I think you can consider the Blues Saskatchewan's Team of the South.  They almost moved to Saskatoon back in the mid-80's.

Yeah, I remember the hype well, Bernie Federko, Kelly Chase, Garth Butcher, Glen Hall the names go on and on for Sask. links.

I never knew this. I always wondered why there was a strangely high number of Blues fans in Saskatchewan.

Lot of younger people cheer for Toronto, Calgary or Edmonton (and now some have jumped to Winnipeg) but older people seemed to be Blues fans. That’s neat. TIL.

Here, just read about "Wild" Bill Hunter whose dream it was to have a team in Saskatchewan. It's partially why Sask Place is located on Bill Hunter Way. My parents rolled their eyes at the idea at the time but it was a real possibility, they even gutted their front office in anticipation of the sale.

The Blues went from nearly being in rebuild mode to win the cup. Insane! the Sharks are the last really established powerhouse team AKA a team that's been together for 5 plus years to not to win a cup yet. I want San Jose to get it done next season.
