I doubt Putin was planning on leaving Russia for the rest of his life. Since Russia doesn't recognise this arrest warrant, and nobody is going to come into Russia to try and take him alive, this doesn't change much. A mere formality.

I used to read about that blackmail scam a lot. A lot of dudes out here jerking it to a camera. I don't know much about women, but I'm pretty sure wanting to see that is not at the top of their to do list.

Surely after investigating it for two and half years they can finally prove Hunter authored the emails.

Emails worked for the GOP once, so why not return to the wheelhouse a second time.

But given the files were modified in 2020 and the laptop dropped off at the shop in 2019, gonna be hard as hell to convince a grand jury that anything on there can be trusted.

Also CIA had records for other laptops being sold in Ukraine in early 2019 with kompromat on them following the Burisma hacking campaign.

Although a coup to install a new insane dictatorship isn't exactly ideal.

The world would have put Putin back in power. Putin is a madman, but he does not use nukes.

I would bet if Prigozhin did take power, a black flag drone would have taken him out within days.

Wagner was Russia’s most effective force by far. It wouldn’t make sense to ruin it to find out is any generals are disloyal - they all are to a degree.
